Scientific evidence is clearly explained. Clear instructions. Package is easy to use. Soups can be a bit lumpy. I would love to see fresh or raw vegetables included. Eating out of packets for 5 days was tough.

Many products of the 5-day package…
Many products of the 5-day package contain sugar, also food additives, conservants. Vitamin-enriched foods contain old-school vitamins, non-methylated (cheaper versions).
So to be honest did not expect a "healthy" diet to be such unhealthy.

Diet worth trying
Easy to follow the fast, the first day i actually felt full! I also liked the food, especially the kale crackers! Appreciating the whole food plant based approach- and making pre packaged food with no harmfull additives! Such a plus! Fast shipping was also appreciated. Trying this in hopes of correcting gut dysbiosis with crohns diseas. The price is high, but i hope that some of the money goes back into further reasearch to promote health for people everywhere. In my opinion everyone that struggles with health issues that are willing to make a change should try three cycles of the FMD diet together with a whole food plant based/mediteranian/ pescetarian diet remaining days- then evaluate results

Excellent product
My positive experience started with available information when deciding on my purchase. Website is easy to navigate, good information on products provided. I live in Ireland and it took about 5 working days for my products to come, so a note when planning the FMD week. Products arrived packed by day, very easy to follow instructions, and the included booklet about FMD is very helpful. I am convinced that the 5 days of FMD were manageable for me only because the programme is presented in a constructive and easy way - takes out the stress of planning and thinking and gives a chance to concentrate on healing journey. Very positive experience, good value for money. I will definitely recommend this product to other and will continue using it myself.

Never fasted before and tried Prolon for the first time. My main reasons were to try lose some weight, improve my blood pressure and cholesterol. I lost 6lbs at the end of day 5, my blood pressure has come down and in for blood tests next week for cholesterol.Not going to lie, it was challenging at times but the feeling of self achievement to stick to the plan for someone that absolutely loves food felt amazing. Delighted with the results and would recommend to others 👍

The Prolon Box is really very good
The Prolon Box is really very good. It is easy to follow, good quality food (from Italy...) for the little you are allowed and I wasn't that hungry at all. I already experienced the benefits for my body.
Only the company they use to send it is not doing a good job. Three times they changed the date they should have delivered the package to another day. So for three days I had to stay home because I didn't wanted it delivered at the neighbors house.

A few soups were ok, minestrone and one with peppers. Some were acceptable and a couple pretty bad.
A bit more taste would have upped the score.

The delivery is excellent and I have no complaints. However, I am disappointed with the product itself. First I want to say that I purchased this expensive product after hearing Joseph Antoun, MD, PhD at the Cancer Breaktrhoughs Summit recommend using Prolon for people with cancer. I was disappointed with the product after reading the composition, which is full of substances that are not suitable for use in cancer. This is immoral to offer to cancer patients. Therefore, I had to refuse and not take many products from this package, so I lost part of the money. I felt bad during the diet and I do not intend to practice it again.
