In 5 days on FMD I lost some kg but my BMI is still high enough and I will be able to continue with this diet next month.

Do not bother ordering !!!! You are lucky if the delivery arrives ! The seller shifts responsibility to the courier company ! Our January 27 order is not traceable, and everyday we are told by seller that courier complain would deliver! As a customer who are we to depend on ? Seller or their courier ! Either ways the customer suffers. It’s a great product but sadly it doesn’t get delivered ever without a lot of writing mails ! We are not going to bother again ! The service needs to get their act together. What a loss

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. I'm on day 5 and feel great and energetic. The food is really delicious and every day i lost weight. The only thing I would like differently is to have a soup and something more chewy also, as soup became boring on day 4.

FMD is a perfect tool, other products, I am not sure
The 5-day FMD kit met my expectations perfectly. Correspondence with the company was courteous, and they offered a 20% discount on my next purchase due to a minor misunderstanding. However, I was less satisfied with the beginner's kit as it is not entirely gluten-free (spread), and it stated that it is not suitable for individuals with thyroid issues (protein powder).

Great Quality, worth trying. Quite high price point
The products are great quality, but pricing is quite high- especially with additional taxes for delivery into Norway. This makes it much harder to include Prolon’s system into my regular diet/health program. (I would give it a 5 star if pricing was lower and tax system was fixed)
This was my second batch, delivery was much faster this time, though UPS delivered to the wrong location, so it took a bit of hunting to find the package.
I hope Prolon registers with VOEC and improves pricing so that this can be more accessible, especially for people with more serious health issues.

Bad quality
This is my third time ordering Prolon, but first time from Europe as I live on the continent. The first two I brought from the States. The taste is much worse and everything tastes as if stale even though the box says the expiration is Oct. 2025.
The olives were not crunchy as usual, the bars stale tasting. I huge dissapointment.

5 day plan V4 vs V3.
The kits are easy to follow and there is something nice about having a box to open each day with everything you need for that day, takes all the thinking out of the equation. The only thing you need to do is dose out the amount of the L-Drink you need from day 2 so that you can sip on it throughout the day.
Version 4 - Soups are generally reasonably good, the tomato soup was a little acidic for my taste but all the others were quite palatable some were event tasty. olives are great. wish the L-bars used dates vs honey, Kale chips are good too, but don't see the need for any sugar in them.....I like the addition of EVOO for the soups in this pack. The one thing that is genuinely gross is the fasting shake concoction given as a snack on day 1 - I would skip that entirely - it tastes overly sweet and almost synthetic.
So worth getting V4, I don't think so Version 3 - soups were all palatable and again some were even tasty. I generally preferred the overall options in it, with the EVOO being the only positive addition, so don't think it was worth spending extra money of V4.
In general I do wish the foods were little less processed but it's a lot easier than trying to measure and make this all yourself and for me easier than doing a 5 day water fast. As for the benefits of fasting, I really do think it's helped with lowering inflammation, and I definitely felt energised and clear minded by day 4 (even more after the second fast) so yes overall would recommend. No doubt they will keep working at making the foods as healthy as possible.

Some ingredients had turned bad
We have now tried several boxes where the olives have turned bad with a terrible smell and taste. The smell is like sewage. We have tried it on both reset boxes and the five days boxes. We also really dislike the fasting shake which tastes like old cardboard. Perhaps this had also turned bad.

I haven't done my 5 days yet I'm starting Monday but I have done the 5 days twice before and I found it very beneficial to my health and I lost weight too. If I had any problem it would be the price I would get it more often if it was cheaper

Prolon fasting
This is my third or fourth time doing the Prolon fast. I found it very difficult this time. I think there should be a better breakfast bar as I find it very hard to take even though I love nuts and anything that contains nuts but there’s a taste of the bar that I don’t like. Another breakfast option would be welcome. I like the soups ( except the tomato one) and the olives and crackers are good too.

The 5-day food boxes are very well laid out with very clear instructions. It’s as if it was provided by Apple (meant to be a compliment!). The food appears to be very clean too - as it should be. I have complete confidence in the science behind it. Only quibble is why don’t you get 4 herbal teabags every day?
