I've heard about this health boosting…
I've heard about this health boosting method about 5 years ago ,and wished i could try it someday, as I have autoimmune problem. My first experience was great,because during these 5 days didn't suffer from hunger or lack of energy.I was working full day at work,3 times a week fitness training and walks with dog twice a day.I lost 3kg weight and after I started to eat like usually, didn't gain weight back.
Food in box is tasty for me,but of course, I prefer natural food better.This is comfortable for short period,as i don't need to cook small amount every day,and it's easy take to work.

Experienced a lighter body !
My weight was reduced by a Kilo approx and so did my waistline.
It taught us self control. Me and husband plan to continue this for another few months. Best way to cleanse our body.
Coconut bar, crackers , olives were tasty.
Soups were pretty decent too.
Disliked the after taste of NR3 capsule.
Overall satisfied with the results.

4 months waiting on a package.
Since December, I've placed an order, and every time there's a problem, that is blamed on UPS, or something. UPS in this country does not work well, and as a company they should have done their research. I wanted to buy Prolon once a month, but have been working for 4 months and got 0 Prolon products. They should not offer service in countries with poor carriers or without established relationships with the logistics companies. Just refund me.

Second time
Second time I tried this. The first one I wanted to understand how muy body would react and while it was hard at some points, I could see and feel the benefits for months after: lost weight, cravings disappeared and I felt more energetic after it. I’ll be doing this every few months!

Loved the experience
I had great experience. Food tastes pretty good. Soups taste a little starchy, everything else tastes great.
This is much more nicer approach than a complete water fast. It was quite easy to have my normal life, going to work and to dance lessons and even a party and not feel any strong hunger. The mood is great, mind is clear, a lot of energy. On the 4th night a little head ache, but was alright in the morning.
I take away one star, because after having learned recently about the toxic effects of plastic, I am trying to avoid it touching the food, and here every little piece of food had its own plastic packaging. I don’t know if it’s possible to package it otherwise. I will probably try to come up with my own menu next time based on the same parameters, but I will probably not buy again this product because of all the plastic that comes with it.

Metabolism put in order
It is just great that you fast but are not hungry. I do FMD three times a year to put my metabolism in order. I only miss something fresh so my question is would a little fresh chopped parsley be allowed to put in the soups.
