Bad form of B12, expired expiration date of cracker, not all soups dissolve well
I am a nutritionist. I bought this to see how it is for my clients. I didn't read well before buying the box in detail what's inside the supplement because the translation was so small on the attached booklet. The supplement is with folic acid and cyanocobalamin which are firms of B9 and 12 I would not recommend to anyone. In fact I wonder how 17 or even 1 university approved that after so many genetic studies. I honestly finally took a photo of the label so I can read it and this is how I found out in the third day when I started having strange nerve pain in the back which I know comes when B vitamin deficiency is there for me. I stopped taking the supplement and took mine in day 4 and 5 and it improved. Also, there is no expiration date in the pack itself. I didn't find one at least. But the crackers in mine had expired in July and I bought the pack at the end of July... Around the date of expiration. Also, the soups don't dissolve very well, not all.. Also recommended cooking time for some is not sufficient - in one there is something black that just doesn't cook at all and I just had to spit it. Overall, I find the idea great, but really, absolutely unimpressed with the content and the fact that the soups have so much starch used to make them! Also, I have no idea about oxalates...and calcium in this programme but hey... Btw, the skin on my face started sagging and the moment I put a cream rich in amino acids it was great. So, not sure about the amino acid profile either.

The products are quite tasty. I like that there is no choice given, it makes it easier to stick to. I do wonder tho' how the same packs are suitable for people from 50 kgs to 150 kgs

I did the new generation box
I did the new generation box. The soups tasted and looked a lot more fresh. I still don’t like the bars. The morning nutbar is not tasty and very bland and the ‘crunchy’ rice chocolate bar was not crunchy but chewy. The crackers could also be a lot better. Your earliest boxes had longer shaped crackers and they were delicious. All in all I had a good experience.

I love the fasting mimicking diet. It’s easy to follow, do it twice a year for healthy aging. Waterfasting is difficult so i love this option. Always feel better after. And i think the company has great customer service.

5 days fast
I did the 5 days fast. I lost 2 kg. I felt weak. And when I m done. I gained the weight back in 2 days and had pimples in my face which I usually don’t have.
I usually eat healthy clean diet that is full of protein and I workout hard. I didn’t work out obviously during the fast, but there is barely protein in the meals. I m highly allergic to peas and they were in each evening soup. If I know that before I buy the kit, I would not get it from the first place. I liked the nut bars though. I will not do it again. My kidneys on the third day was burning and felt bad but still continued until the last day, thought maybe they are detoxing. Anyway, thanks for the bars, I’ve enjoyed them.

Leaking FMD bottles
When unpacking the package, 2 bottles of FMD leaked so that the contents of those 2 days were completely covered in FMD. There was also too little FMD left to use those 2 days. Furthermore, everything is packed way too big. Finally, the content itself is tasty.

The Next Gen box arrived shortly, everything was packed very nicely, the food tastes good. Every day you have a nut bars, soups, olives, crackers, supplement, and herbal teas. It is very easy to follow FMD using this set.

I am still waiting for my delivery…
I am still waiting for my delivery which was supposed to be here 10 days ago. UPS says something wrong with the address, but I have had deliveries from countless other services: DHL, etc. I updated the address, shortened it. They said delivery would be the next day. And here we are 4 days later. Still waiting.

Perfect customer service
I had some questions about the supplement content of the 5 day fast, so I sent an email to the general e-mail and I received a clear answer very soon. They suggested me to wait to start the fast until a specific deficiency that I have is solved. At that moment there was a discount to purchase the fast, so I asked for the expiry date of the 5 day fast box and they immediately informed me about that and suggested me to wait a few days because they were producing new boxes with a longer expiry date. I was able to order a box at the discount price and they made sure that I received one with the longer expiry date. Long story short, I am really impressed about their customer service and willingness to help you with your special requests.

Wrong decision
Edit: Products are excellent and I have been fan from the beginning. The bad review below is due to the decision to end European site delivery to Estonia. Still after 2.5 months we do not have proper selection.
I’ve always had a great experience with the company, but unfortunately, they no longer ship to Estonia. Instead, they’ve given exclusive distribution rights to a local Estonian company, which only offers a limited selection of products and significantly higher prices with no promotions. As a result, I now have to rely on a third-party shipping service in Latvia to get my orders delivered.
This is a really disappointing change. I truly hope you'll consider adding Estonia back to the shipping options on prolon.eu, so customers can choose the supplier that best suits their needs.
