Good service

Not always easy to access the purchase on the site , specially when discounts are available but the office is helping quickly.
Not al the products are really tasty but for 5 days iets ok .
I do it 4 time a year - and I really like how I feel after the 5 days .

Tastier than expected!

I wasn't sure what to expect of ProLon, I don't usually have soup and usually a relatively picky eater so giving over all my meals to a pre-packed box seemed worrying.

I'm glad to report that I found the 5 day program quite easy to do and soups were much tastier than I expected. I loved the crackers.

The only thing I would like to see is a more info in the box, rather than having to Google it and go to the website. e.g. I didn't realise I wasn't supposed to take any other supplements at all until 2 days in. Also, I didn't realise I could replace the olives with olive oil until later in the program. I hate olives.

All in all, I would definitely do this again.

Esperienza e risultati super, peccato per la colazione!

Zuppe molto buone, snacks super, risultati ottenuti. L'unico enorme problema è la barretta della colazione che (per me almeno) immangiabile. Peccato perchè per tutto il resto super e lo rifarei se non fosse per quello!! Consiglio vivamente di pensare una barretta alternativa..

great tool for reducing inflammation

I like the programme. The soups taste great and the crackers are super tasty and flavourful. I cannot get used to the bars- they are too chewy for me, but all in all theconcept works quite well for me and after 3 5-day-long fasts I do feel better and managed to lower the inflammation level in my body.

Unfair regional restriction

I really like ProLon products and would love to be able to order them in a fair and straightforward way. Unfortunately, ProLon EU only ships to selected countries, while customers in the rest of the EU are forced to go through local partners. In my case, that means I can access only small part of the ProLon range — and at a significantly higher price.

Keep the local partners if you will, but allow us to order directly from ProLon.eu as well. This kind of regional restriction feels outdated and unfair within the EU single market. Shame on you, ProLon, for keeping such a medieval policy in place.

To address Prolon's answer: sorry, but that's complete BS. First of all, shipping on prolon.eu is free for orders of your main product Prolon 5-day. And even if it wasn't, what difference does cheaper shipping make if I have to pay almost 100 EUR extra for the product with the local partner? And that's if I order only one piece. This is just a rip-off.

Ho appena completato con successo il…

Ho appena completato con successo il percorso di 5 giorni. Personalmente si è trattato di una sfida che mi sono imposto per riuscire a ridurre il mio peso. Certo richiede sacrifici (no caffè, no alcool), ma ne è valsa la pena: alla fine del percorso ho perso 3kg, senza soffrire di nessun problema. Anche se non è consigliato, ho provato a mantenere la mia routine di attività fisica e non ho avuto nessun problema. La fase più tosta a mio avviso è stata tra il giorno 2 e 3, dove l’apporto di cibo inizia a ridursi in modo significativo e, a livello prettamente psicologico può essere un ostacolo aggiuntivo. Però, passato il terzo giorno, ho iniziato a percepire i benefici, soprattutto come mancanza di appetito e maggiore benessere. Io la consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono sentirsi bene e cambiare il loro approccio al cibo, acquisendo una maggiore consapevolezza. La ripeterò ogni 4 mesi per verificare se effettivamente i benefici possono essere effettivi anche nel lungo periodo

Fasting Experience- Mimicking 5 days

Delivery received in three days.
A five-day fast is long, not so much because of hunger – since in ketosis you don’t really feel appetite – but because of the menu: on the fifth day I couldn’t eat, it made me feel nauseous.
The body reset was excellent; even five days after the fast my body is still working on it.
Personally, I would remove the tomato soup and improve the nutrition bar: after the third day I struggled to eat it. If I will do it again? Yes!!

Positive experience except for the honey-nuts bar

Positive: Delivery is fast, the products well organised and easy to use, the products seem to have the foreseen effect on wellness (at least the visible ones).
Negative: The only point is that the honey-nuts bar of the 5-days fast-mimicking diet (normally to be eaten in the morning) has a really bad taste. I talked to several people doing the diet and they confirmed my impression: it is very difficult to eat with the current taste and consistency (I always skip it, however is very needed in terms of calories). I suggest ProLon to reconsider and substitute this bar with something else.

Disgusting

The first thing I noticed about the prolon kit is the gross smell when you open the box. I found the soups absolutely vile. After day 1 the whole kit went in the bin, a complete waste of money.
