Amazing way to fast
Amazing way to fast. Get the benefits of fasting without having to go “cold turkey”. Have already done the 5 day fast 3 times and the 1 day reset twice. Whether you use it as a kick start to a healthier lifestyle or a reset after a unhealthier period of time, physically or emotionally, you will feel so much better of the 5 day Prolon fast. Also all their other products are a great addition to a healthier, lighter way of living. Have already recommended to friends and family. Will most likely keep on repeating the 5 day fast once a month, at least once every 2 months. Big fan!

Excellent way to do the Fast Mimicking Diet protocol. Product and instructions are excellent. Website is easy to follow and fulfillment was quick.
Relatively high price is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars, everything else gets a 100% grade.

💯 surprised by the positive experience
Fast delivery and quality packaging.
Update 20/03/2026: I now completed my first FMD by ProLon and have only positive things to share:
Day1-5 + day 6: no gym training. Only easy walks.
Day1: during the day, I had pressure headache likely from sugar withdrawal. Otherwise no issues in energy levels or hunger.
Mentally I had brief worries when I looked at the 5 day plan, if I could deal with so little calorific intake 😅.
Day2-5: - sleep quality improved
- stress levels during sleep went down
- resting heart (sleeping) rate went down by 10 beats/min
- no headache
- no issues with suffering from hunger
- no problems with energy during the day
Day 6-8: following the ProLon recommendations and slowly increasing the calorific intake.
My intention is to do FMD 3x/year ☺️

Lost weight, gained fat mass
I did the Prolon 5-day diet 4 times and followed the protocol to the letter, and the last time I decided to weigh myself on a scale that measures fat, and to my surprise, the 2.5 kg I lost in weight was related to lean mass, and I gained exactly the same weight in fat mass.

Wonderful so far
Wonderful so far. After six months of longevity-focused nutrition and exercise, I nicely reached a BMI of 24 and normalized my cholesterol (without statins!). My eGFR, however, remained below 90, consistently accompanied by mildly elevated potassium levels.
I then decided to add three FMD cycles. An additional and quite remarkable outcome was that, after years of an eGFR below 90, it has now returned to 100. Did this rejuvenate my kidneys?
