This is my second time doing the…

This is my second time doing the Fasting Mimicking Diet and both times have been a great experience. Each day's food is in a separate box with suggestions on how to divide up each meal, but also lets you choose what and when to eat out of each days box. Signing up for the health coaching is a great help to educate and motivate you each day. When you have an issue, there response time and help is 2nd to none. The help transitioning back to a regular diet with some recipes is very helpful.

I've done 6 rounds in the last 13 months. I received a confirmation of the coaching session for the first round but not any of the others. I had to send an email request for the link

Too many emails

good principle bad management

So
why exactly am I receiving the fasting bars that I took out from re-order (basically last shipment went unused) and I do not get the fasting shake that was not delivered last time?

This is not acceptable.

The food was very pleasant, the result is wonderful. I am definitely planning to do in 2 more times, and then ones every half a year.

Following the 5 day program wasn’t…

Following the 5 day program wasn’t difficult at all. All the meals are prepared for you so there is no guesswork involved. The food was good, and my results were noticeable. Yes, I lost weight and inches, but the best part is I felt great by day 7! I already have cycles 2 and 3 ready and waiting for the succeeding rounds.

Prolon is hard to work with and even though I changed my subscription date they still charged and sent an order i did not want for 3 more months. I am cancelling my subscription with them.

I have done water fasts before and felt…

I have done water fasts before and felt really miserable. I have done 3-5 day fasts before and could not make go number 2 each time, I felt even more sick. I would get sick from it, headache and throw up. I also cannot eat chocolate for many many years because it gave me an immediate headache that I could not remedy. I have been on the 5 day Prolon fast and I was able to eat the chocolate and got NO symptoms at all. I was not hungry. The food was good and I realize my over eating is not because of hunger but stress and boredom. The team were very attentive when I had questions they responded within the hour. I am very grateful for this experience.

Love Prolon. I have used this program for years now and always provides the best results. I feel amazing after and to have all the "thinking" taken out of it is great. I just follow the days and with out fail the results are there!
