To provide some context, Prolon sends an initial review request shortly after an order is placed to gather feedback on the ordering experience, website, shipping process, and customer support. A separate follow-up review is sent after customers have had the opportunity to receive and try the product, so they can share feedback on the program itself.

Our goal is to keep customers informed and supported throughout their journey. However, we completely understand that communication preferences vary. Customers can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, though doing so may also prevent them from receiving fasting tips, educational resources, coaching updates, and other program-related support.

Our Customer Service Team has reached out directly to learn more about your experience and help address your concerns. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for all of our customers.

We also understand your frustration regarding the results you experienced. Outcomes such as energy, clarity, and changes in weight or body composition can differ from person to person depending on a variety of factors, including baseline metabolism, stress, sleep, and pre- and post-fast nutrition. While many participants report positive benefits, others may not experience the same effects after a single cycle.
