Great resources

Great resources! Plenty of coaching opportunities. Wonderful FAQ section. The Facebook group helped me prepare as well. Many questions and comments from people currently doing the program. Very helpful to get me prepared to do this program.

Hard to cancel and a very deceptive

Hard to cancel and a very deceptive, subscription plan. You will likely be signed up for a subscription, make sure to cancel as you will not likely do package again. The fast is not worth the money and could be done on your own. The meals are terrible.

The soups are tasty

The soups are tasty, particularly the Tomato soup. The Prolon system makes the 5 day fast simple and easy. I lost 5 pounds and am continuing to see benefits including increased energy and fewer sugar cravings.

So Far So Good

I had a discovery call with the dietition and that went very well. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helped solve things that would have been a block for me personally.
I later had a couple more questions, so I call the number she gave me, and I left a message. I received an email very shortly after, with a direct line to customer service. I call that number, spoke with the gentleman, he answered all my questions in detail. He also was knowledgeable. He was also kind and patient. Neither person put pressure on me, and were professionally friendly. I think customer service person's name is Manuel.
So I'm off to a great start.
