Poor communication and parts delivery
Information coming back regarding late delivery of parts by 2 months, unable to speak with anyone. Dates being given and not adhered to. Really poor service after having to pay for everything up front. Parts not available for a 3 year old vehicle. Compared to Swift who for a 16 year old vehicle supplied and delivered very similar parts in 4 working days

Fantastic customer service, phoned first to make sure what i wanted was in stock and was told if i ordered that day it would be with me the next day, sure enough i ordered online on the 17th September and got my order the next day! Will definitely purchase from the company again.
