slow rate of service
Ordered several different items. None of them really urgent but required all the same. Selected to have them delivered all together. We waited a couple of days after the due date and telephoned only to be told it would be another month. Very disappointed by that news but the following received an email cancelling 2 items and the supplier would not be able to supply them. Not now - Not at all!

Quick turnaround
Quick turnaround. Rectified the error on my original order and refunded the payment. One suggestion- when asking for the VIN number of the caravan why not say that instead of asking for the VIN number of the “associated vehicle” which I took to mean my car - assuming it was to check that the car was capable of towing the extra weight. The question mark symbol for extra clarification is so tiny and right over the other side of the screen, which meant I didn’t spot it. I asked several friends how they interpreted “associated vehicle” and that all said “car”.

I am not new to touring although I am new to Bailey. I had an issue with the Wahle pump.
I must say the product knowledge of your colleague was exceptional, she talked me through the right product that I needed which was less an headache for me.
The housing arrived really quickly and was cheaper than our local caravan shop.

Finally you had to speak to Bailey and I have ordered another cap with a delivery 6th November
