Awful experience
Awful experience so far, it has been 8 working days since I have ordered and I am yet receive as much as tracking number. Parcel has not even been dispatched yet according to the order confirmation page. Would absolutely not recommend

Bought this for my husband for xmas and he loved it! It comes with title deeds and details of the piece of land you own, and information telling you how to update your documents, would definitely recommend this if your stuck for a special gift for someone

Very Imressive
Came across Prestige Titles on social media, so decided to give it a go. The process was simple and easy to use. Very impressed. Brought myself a Lord title and one for my son. Mine has already been useful. After weeks of trying to get a refund from another company with no luck, I sent an email with my Lord title at the bottom, and hey presto, I received my refund. While many of our customers (including myself) have successfully updated documents like driving licences and bank cards, we clearly state on our website that acceptance is at the discretion of each organisation — so we can’t guarantee approval in every case.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 lady titles the same time and paid instantly but took 2 weeks to get them delivered only to find one in the envelope! It takes them 1-2 days to respond to emails which is ridiculous. Both should have been posted together so now I am unlikely to get the other one by Christmas. I am fuming! They are quick enough to take your money but take forever to post your titles out and then mistakes. Not happy!

The festive period brought an unexpected surge in demand, and while over 90% of orders were dispatched on time, a small number did experience delays during that adjustment period. WOW...what a fantastic idea for a gift…
WOW...what a fantastic idea for a gift and from ordering it on line to receiving it, it was seamless! I was recommended Prestige Titles by a friend and I'm so glad. Ordering on line was so simple and easy(I didn't even have to ask my children to help me). Then when it turned up I was so impressed with the package I ordered, it's so professional and looks very impressive. So much so, I've ended up buying 15 of them....even 1 for myself!! No order conformation but payment taken
still no conformation email for an order I placed 7 days ago payment has been taken. I have sent 3 emails and no response. its an xmas present and even if i recieved the conformation i would assume i could download digitally and then wait for the pack to arrive which would be better than nothing but i have no idea whats going on

Thank you for leaving a review — we’re sorry to hear how concerning this felt, especially with the order being a Christmas gift.
We’ve reviewed the order and correspondence, and the reason the confirmation email wasn’t received initially was due to a small typo in the email address you entered at checkout. As soon as you contacted us, our team replied promptly to explain this and asked whether you’d like the email address corrected so we could resend the confirmation and provide the digital download links.
Before we could do that, you replied to let us know that the printed packs had already arrived safely, and no further action was needed.
We completely understand how stressful it can feel when you’re unsure what’s happening with a gift order, but we do feel a 1-star review is quite harsh given that the order was fulfilled correctly and we responded as soon as we were able to identify the issue for you.
That said, we genuinely appreciate the feedback and are always looking to improve clarity wherever possible.

Wouldn't recommend using this website at all. Took alot longer than stated on the website and emails I received. No tracking is given unless you complain. Jennifer is very condescending even when a mistake has been made on their end . Use a different website.

We’ve reviewed the full correspondence and can see that Jennifer did her best to support you at every stage. There was some initial confusion around the downloadable portion of the order and the automated notifications sent by our system, which we understand was frustrating, but we’re confident every query you raised was addressed as clearly and promptly as possible. Regardless, we value your feedback and will always strive to maintain a positive, reassuring tone.
During the Christmas period, delivery services such as Royal Mail do experience delays outside of our control. Complaints are certainly not necessary to obtain tracking info, you're always welcome to ask. That said, the free shipping option is an untracked service, with 2nd Class only providing updates once delivery is attempted.
We do feel 1-star is quite harsh given the factors out of our control, however we'll always take feedback on board and aim to improve the experience further.

I have not received a tracking number , No confirmation on delivery and when to expect , I specifically bought it for a gift . I have emailed and await a constructive and informative response .so for now unless anything changes my experience is not good
