I ordered my titles on 10 December. I still have not received an email with a tracking number and we are now only a week away from Christmas.
I have emailed but nothing back yet.
I need to know I will receive my 4 titles before Christmas or I will ask for my money back.

I made a mistake when ordering, got in contact with them,put my order right straight away, excellent service,

I ordered on 11th december, still no dispach confirmation or tracking information. Emailed twice and had no response

I have placed an order for myself and a surprise lord for my partner for Christmas my messages I have sent not getting any response and just want to know when delivery is as payment taken if I don’t receive anything back will have no choice but to report as scam and got to credit card company

I placed an order last Thursday and have not received it. Payment has been taken and I have messaged twice but haven’t received a reply. The order was for my sons 30th birthday tomorrow the 13th

Ive not received my order yet but I had made a mistake on one of the certificates and they have immediately corrected it for me. So for customer service alone definitely 5* from me and once I receive the certificate im sure they will get another 5* .

Prestige Titles are so amazing.
I bought 2 lord Titles from these guys and they are fantastic. My son was overjoyed with his and so was i with mine .
They did an amazing job ! Our Titles look fantastic, especially in their frames !
They where delivered in record time as I was so excited to get them ,it took literally a couple of days. Firstly I can't wait to change my driving licence to see my name after the title Lord, it just gives that extra bit of oomph .I have asked all my family to address me as Lord from now on,after all I am one !!!

Good custmors services good quilty product was able to ordered titles for my lady as suprize chrismas gift but i somehow made a spelling mistake i was able to change the deeds documents wirhout any problems very good service would reccomended to anyone who looking to have some fun

I ordered a lord title for my partner as a gift and he loves it and I just know he’s going to rub this in my face for the rest of my life 😂 i also got the lady title for a friend for her birthday and just now she will be pleased with it it was easy to do and order and deliver was very fast took about 48 to arrive these are the perfect birthday, Christmas gifts and I will definitely be ordering more for family and friends thank you to Jennifer who replied to my email with excellent customer service it was a pleasure doing business with you and the prestige title team

As always struggling to find something special for the wife for Christmas. Saw the advert and looked into it a bit more. Decided it was a great fun gift so ordered to give my Mrs wife a Lady wife title.
Reply prompt service. Received a quality certificate and small folder of all the steps and form needed to complete the process.
Great service and customer service making sure I was happy hence this review.
I think I’ll become Lord next year! 🤣

This company came up on FB at first I thought what nonsense. I researched a bit about PRESTIGIOUS TITLES and thought what a bit of fun. A Christmas present that no one is going to buy for your nearest and dearest. My husband will enjoy opening the framed certificate on Christmas morning I am sure. It was so easy to place my order on the website had a very slight hic cup with getting the free copy for my spouse. A quick email and a lovely lady called Jennifer sorted it all out immediately. The certificates look amazing and now we can call ourselves our Lordships! Very satisfied customer - just remember though this is just a bit of fun. Getting passports, driving licenses etc changed will be impossible but you might get your bank cards changed and of course you can have introduction cards printed which is what I have done to put inside our Christmas cards!
