Disabled Camper

The staff member that responded to my query, had looked up my ticket details so her response was specific to me, she was able to offer advice on other issues for me, again tailored to my needs (disabled). I now know that when I arrive the staff will be able to direct me to the place allocated to me, removing a lot of stress. I am very happy with the serive I received and 5 stars is well deserved. I had a great day

I had a great day; the event was well-organized and the staff were very informative. However, I am extremely disappointed with the video service. Although I paid for a video, I didn't receive it until four days later, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong footage and completely unedited. I have now been waiting three days for a reply to my inquiry. I am still waiting for a resolution.
