Hôtel Première Classe Nevers Varennes Vauzelles
Contrairement à son personnel, le gérant de l'hôtel est un jeune n'ayant aucun professionnalisme, ni aucune éducation.

Nous avons passé au total 5 nuitées dans cet hôtel, déplorant de nombreux dysfonctionnements :
- Chambre non faite un jour, sans raison !
- Petit déjeuner à volonté, sauf pour trois sortes de pain sur les 4, car ils sont en rupture...
- Automate ne délivrant plus de justificatif pendant plusieurs jours, malgré l'avoir signalé entre temps.
- Retrait de clef de chambre impossible via ce même automate, alors que réservée et intégralement payée par avance
- et j'en oublie sûrement d'autres...

Ayant insisté pour voir le gérant d'ici notre départ le sur-lendemain, il daigne venir (alors qu'il était vraisemblablement de repos), prend place derrière le comptoir de l'accueil, capuche de sweat relevée sur la tête (en mode $%*?!:), et d'un air dédaigneux vous explique qu'il n'est finalement responsable de rien !

Alors, jeune gérant, oui toi qui je l'espère me lira, apprends le respect et ton métier, car contrairement à tes salariés, tu passes tout bonnement pour un petit merdeux incompétent, ce qui se lit facilement dans les yeux de tes employés sans doute dépités de t'avoir comme supérieur hiérarchique.

Such an untrustworthy company to be avoided at all costs. I lost an item that I left in the room and they said it could not be found until 18 days later when I had returned home. Then I booked a cheap room on “free cancellation” and then changed the city, still using the same company, and they charged me for the free can cancellation room. Don’t use them. Lousy hotels.

In the antiques business, my colleague and I made a last-minute booking at Premiere Classe Le Blanc Mesnil during Paris Fashion Week as we were unable to find any available rooms nearer the city centre where we could park. Frankly, I would rather have slept the night in the van! This establishment is situated in a rather ‘seedy’ area neat CDG airport and is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in – and I’ve stayed in many! The exterior hotel photo was clearly taken on a fine day when there was no washing hanging out to dry from copious windows. For €89.78 each, my tiny room stank of cigarette smoke and the linoleum flooring was pitted with burns where cigarettes had been stubbed out. The shower, toilet and hand basin were situated in a plastic shell in a corner which rocked precariously when you stepped inside. The double (iron) bed had a single bunk bed welded on top, providing an ideal obstruction upon which to hit your head if you sat up during the night! The air-conditioning unit failed to function; only one small fluorescent tube illuminated the room and the linen was damp. There were two wedding parties during our stay (who would have a wedding celebration here?) and the subsequent noise levels interrupted my sleep and continued until 2:00am. Needless to say I slept very badly; fully clothed on top of the bed. Breakfast (€5.90 each) consisted of a cup of lukewarm instant coffee and a suspicious looking croissant. I was profoundly relieved to drive away the following morning - never, never, never again!
