We ordered our watch and have never received it. The watch was sent UPS and it is lost. Customer Service has not sent a replacement or refunded our money. Do not buy a watch from this company as you may never receive it and will be out the money as well.

I have been looking for a reasonably price WW2 field watch for awhile now. I wanted a basic no frill watch. Simple requirements, 40-42mm (I do not like small watches (32-38mm), automatic movement, sapphire crystal, and price preferably under $500.

I looked at everything and then found Praesidus. Read up everything I could and reached out to a number of my watch fanatic friends. Decided on the Tom Rice A11 as it met every one of my requirements and even had a wonderful back story. The ordering experience was just fine, no issues. The watch came the other day and I love it. It is exactly what I wanted. The 42mm wears perfectly and both the nylon and canvas band look good and are well made. I also ordered the leather band which is currently backordered. I am looking forward to adding this beautiful A11 to my watch rotation for many years to come. Bravo Praesidus!!

I had a great experience with Praesidus. I ordered the Tom Rice version with the D-Day anniversary package. Included were the watch, Clicker, and a second watch band. A great value. The watch itself keeps accurate time and looks good. I have had the watch for just a few weeks and have had many inquiries and compliments.

It's nice to see a company is putting so much thought and effort in to their product. One of the best watches I've ever purchased,Timeless look, interchangeable straps, brilliant!

Lume not good and ghost date....
Also the drill of the lugs to far from the case make a gap bitween case to strap

I ordered from Canada and it was shipped quite quickly. Great quality and simple design. Quite happy with the purchase.

As a surprise, I gave an A 11 Spec 2 to my girlfriend. I ordered directly from Praesidus and, from the very beginning, customer service performed incredibly well, starting with order confirmation, shipping updates and expedient delivery. My girlfriend is a nurse and loves the watch: its simplicity and legibility have been a huge boost to her day - and to her eyestrain. It is solidly constructed and is a solid value for the money.

The product was received exactly as I had expected. It was a fantastic example of a classic military watch There were no disappointments when I opened the box,

I bought an A11, black face on canvas strap. Order process straight forward and communication good. Watch shipped from the US, arrived safely and I was very happy. After 2 days wear the floating keeper on the strap failed, only had one stitch and glue wasn't sufficient. Took a photo, contacted Praesidus who promptly rectified the faulty strap issue and dispatched a free replacement. Love the watch , it looks great and keeps good time +/- 4-5 seconds a day. Customer service has been friendly and helpful, would buy from them again.

So after wearing the A-5 UDT for two weeks I have finally made my decision to give the watch a solid 4. After putting on a different canvas strap to accommodate my wrist size of 7 in. The one it came with just seemed to be made for larger wrists. The watch has been keeping great time. The crown cap has not gotten in the way at all. Seems to keep the water out. My four star is because of the size. 38mm is okay, but I would of loved a 32mm version. After wearing the type 44 32mm. I noticed that 32mm is the perfect size. It was my favorite everyday wear and I rarely took it off. If the UDT was 32mm it would have been the perfect watch.

Excellent and efficient experience. Promptly shipped, well-packaged and delivered. The watch delivers seamless, accurate performance, is handsomely functional and is a pleasure to wear.
