This is my new favorite watch. This company gets the little details right, worked with actual WW2 veterans to get those details right and priced their watches affordably. Outstanding company with an outstanding product.

Solid and well built watch, fast shipping

Le 5 stelle sono per l'orologio fatto bene ,leggero al polso f,facile lettura del quadrante, buonissima luminescenza,il cinturino molto morbido,per quanto riguarda la spedizione,io vivo in Europa ho avuto problemi per vari giorni con fedex dogana per riuscire a sdoganare il pacco,di cui ho pagato 72.52 di dazi che ci sta', ma no che ho dovuto fare io il tutto.Peccato ,perché avrei acquistato ancora altri orologi per la storia ,ma se non avessi avuto tutti questi problemi.

Extremely long lead times with poor information back from customer service.
The band I ordered is built extremely cheap. I paid $60 for this band expecting the same quality band I received when I purchased the watch. But did not. I will be purchasing my bands elsewhere and when this watch dies I will look at other brands.

The quality and craftsmanship of these watches is amazing. I love my Vincent Speranza watch and adding the green canvas strap to gave it that awesome classic look that made me love the old A-11 watch. This is also my first automatic watch and I couldn't think of a better way to get into automatic.

This sounds like a really bad joke. They send me the satisfaction survey and they haven't even sent me the watch. I check the status of the order on the page and see that the status is still unfulfilled. I'm starting to think I was a victim of fraud.

This watch is a treasure, it will be a family heirloom. Craftsmanship is outstanding. I will be ordering again as I have a son and four grandsons. There grandfather and great grandfathers are veterans of WW 2, Korea, Vietnam and Desert Storm.

I was in the market for a field watch and looked at several more popular and expensive options. I happened upon Praesidus almost by accident (thank you YouTube), I couldn't be happier. I ordered an A-11 Vince Speranza edition field watch. Communication was great, and shipping was fast. That would have been enough for me to be satisfied, but then it arrived. Upon opening the box, I was presented with a cigar case that I can only describe as incredible... truthfully, better than my Omega Speedmaster's suitcase. Polished black finish raised gold lettering. A work of art. Upon opening, I was presented with a beautiful timepiece and an additional band and the necessary paperwork. This timepiece hasn't missed a beat. Timekeeping has been exceptional and the wearability second to none. The bands are high quality and supple. I rubbed mine down with mink oil to add water resistance and softness, and I can say that they are the most comfortable leather straps in my collection. I'm not sure that I could love this watch any more than I do. If you are in the market for a straight-forward field watch, with a heritage and story and unparalleled presentation at an incredible value, this is your timepiece.

Quality product. Communication isn't great. Service rep is friendly it just seems back office not very organized.

Wasn't the best experience. Had to pay for shipping as it's not mentioned on the website or anywhere in the fine prints that order below a certain value are charged for shipping. Quality of the the strap on the watch is very close to that of a napkin. Not worth it in my opinion.

Fast international delivery, great customer service and a great watch (Tom Rice A11). Super versatile. Goes with every style.

2nd defective watch ordered and received. Customer service requests on me over burdensome. Never will order from here again. Waiting for the return label. Wouldn’t take a free watch from Praesidus because there is high probability that the watch is defective.
