The watchband quality needs to improve; more in between size holes and better materials. My band frayed after 2 weeks of wear.

Beautiful watch, far exceeds all my expectations. Unbeatable value for money. It is like wearing an elegant piece of history on your wrist. There was a difficulty in the international shipment and the company was always attentive and resolute. The presentation with its elegant box impresses with its detail and quality. Highly recommended.

The watch, its accessories and packaging is spot on. I have used the watch for a day now and it's everything that the manufacturer states.

The experience was off to a rocky start though as there was no information on when the watch would be shipped out, with no response from the support within a week. I was in the process of filing a fraud claim when I received an email stating that the watch had been shipped and a delivery time by Fedex. The estimated delivery date was off by more than a week.

Great variety of fun retro watches. They offer a large selection of automatic and quartz watches.

Having to repeatedly wind the watch and reset the time after not wearing it for 2 days was something I just didn’t expect. That’s mostly on me to do more research and educate myself before making a watch purchase.

When I do get to wear the watch it is what I expected in terms of quality and design. The leather strap is nice but I think it’s a bit too thick and inflexible for my liking. I may try a nylon band as an alternative.

Generally a nice looking watch. The green canvas strap is too large, additional holes needed for a 6 and 1/2" wrist size. Shipping and handling was bad, received a badly damaged packaging box. The watch box itself is also defective, one of the elastic strap that hold the watch is broken. I am upset as I collect watches, I prefer the watch boxes to be in good conditions.

I am having issues with the watch stopping sporadically. It's a quartz movt. Emailed customer service a week ago. Never received reply about how to proceed with warranty work. Very disappointed.

My wife ordered me a watch for Father's Day. We paid over $260.00. The watch shipped and has been lost now for over a month. We have sent numerous emails. Made phone calls and asked for the issue to be resolved. Praesidus does nothing except respond with generic messages and tell us the problem is being investigated. It's as though we paid them for nothing. I feel like we've been robbed and with their feedback at this point, I do not anticipate ever receiving a watch nor a refund. Very sad because I asked my wife for this product as a gift and truly thought they looked like a good reputable company providing an honorable product.

Great customer service and follow-up during problems and delay with the customs. Had to pay extra around 110 USD import duties and vat taxes as an international client but this was clearly not Praesidus mistake but my own oversight.
