The pictures of the rec spec do not showcase the beauty and simplicity of the watch. Having history on wrist is something that I can appreciate being a veteran. If you’re on the fence please do not hesitate! I look forward to getting another watch!

The watches are wonderful. I have 4. The customer service/support is abysmal and almost non existant. My last 2 experiences have solidified the fact that I will NOT do business with Praesidus directly again.

I adore my Tom Rice. Its so beautifully made. The crystal is just gorgeous and its easily readable for the eyes of a newly senior person like me. The only gripe is that the band seems a tad on the cheap side. I would have liked a nicer leather and buckle. Todd

I had been planning to purchase some watches from Praesidus for some time. Building excitement until the time came. Company ran a special “mystery watch” deal where with the purchase of one watch you would receive a free mystery watch to the value of $249. I purchased two watches totaling $810 and was set to receive two free mystery watches bringing my haul in at four watches for the price of two. I was excited. Package arrived though there was two tracking numbers on the UPS portal, the Shop app was also showing inaccurate information whatever no big deal I received the package. Prior to reconvening the package though I did receive a thank you email saying how valued I am thank you etc etc etc and asking for an unboxing video on social media or a review on Amazon or their website. Amazon will not let you leave reviews for their products anymore because of unusual reviewing activity. The link for the website review leads to a purchase page not a review page. Their social media comments are littered with complaints and people stating the same issues of poor customer service and missing watches. I open my package to find three watches not four. The invoice states 4 watches. I contact customer support and wait more than a week express I get scattered responses that the mystery watch is sold out, would I accept an replacement watch of a lesser value. Each time I respond I do not hear back for days if not weeks. I quickly realize this company is not as virtuous as they attempt to sell themselves off as. They are amateur at best and one step above being an utter rip off scam. After repeated emails sent and unanswered o state I wish for a return label to ship back the watches and a full refund. That same moment I get an email back saying so sorry I was away for a few days I will rectify the situation and a watch of the $249 value is already on its way to you. I state that I had not agreed to this and is the opposite of what I had just sent and requested. Without response my order is cancelled as I get notifications on email and in the Shop app meaning they received and have seen my emails. Yet I did not review a response beyond the order being cancelled for the unauthorized replacement watch. I am still waiting for any response from this company and Robin Stanley the individual who I had been “communicating” with. I found a phone number listed on their Facebook page which lead me to a separate website for the company which also had the same phone number and street address for the company but upon calling the phone number you get a voicemail for a factory of which is named two separate company names neither being Praesidus. I’m beginning to believe I will not be receiving my $810 refund and will be stuck with these shiτ watches I now have to try and sell to recoup some money. Avoid this company at all costs. They disgustingly use the American War Veteran angle to make themselves look like a wholesome trustworthy company with photos of little old men in their veteran hats and jackets with medals and ribbons but they are the furthest thing from wholesome and trustworthy. They are a scam. I deal with and purchase watches from small independent micro brands all the time that are based all over the planet and never have I run into such an unprofessional amateur joke of a company. They make a street corner child’s lemonade stand look like Bloomingdale’s. Fυck these people and I hope they read this and I hope anyone else that reads this is saved from wasting their time and money with these asshοles. Do yourself a favor buy a real vintage military watch or one from a real watchmaker or watch retailer. Praesidus is the definition of trash.

Terrible customer service. Did not send all the items I had ordered. I contacted them to let know and they just stopped communicating with me. I still have not received all the item I paid for.

The wristwatch was exactly as represented and is of high quality, making it an excellent value for the sale price. Further, the level of customer service provided is far and above what I expected. I would not hesitate to purchase other products from Praesidus.

A great and comfortable watch. Dial easy to read, good illumination at night. Also, excellent delivery time arriving in Australia from the US in only eight days.

The watch is even more beautiful in person than in the photographs; the strap and all the details are of high quality. Only the luminescence could be improved a bit. There was an issue, and the customer service resolved it impeccably.

Excellent experience, my jungle field watch shipped quickly, was packed well, and is absolutely gorgeous. Praesidus, in my opinion, is making the best watches out there at this price point. Don’t hesitate to trust these fine folks.

Although the order and payment were wrong, we took corrective action to purchase the desired product immediately through consultation, and the satisfaction with the product was very high, so we informed our acquaintances about the product and your company. There was information about your watch on several Korean watch YouTube channels and the response was good. I've experienced it and what was mentioned on the YouTube channel was that the strap was too long. Since Asian people have very long wrists, I think your company should think about this again. I recently purchased another of this company's phenomenal pieces. I received a unit that had a small defect, and they were happy to take a look at it and repair/replace if necessary. FedEx lost the package in transit back to the company, and Praesidus stepped up and shipped me an entirely new unit, free of charge. This is not customer service that you can find often, especially concerning merchandise of this type. Like with anything worth while, just be patient. Praesidus will absolutely take care of you.
