I ordered my watch, the A 11 order number PW11334 on October 16th 24. I sent a email to inquire about when this order would ship and they emailed me back stating that it would ship on October 27th. It never shipped, they won't return my inquiry emails sent to support department at praesidus and can not find a phone number for them. Beware I feel this company is ripping people off.

UPDATE 10/30/24

The company has issued a full refund and cancelled the order. I'm not sure if it's because I started an investigation with my bank or they read my review here. I tried to delete this post but it won't let me. Anyway I want this to be known

Company still has not sent the order. We've now filled a dispute with our credit card company as they've not responded either via Facebook, email, or any other means of communication. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Orders were placed for two watches, the UTAH Beach A-11 - Black & C-47 D-DAY - Aluminum Patina, with the additional Black "Invasion" NATO strap as part of their offer. The order was placed on 7.29.2024 with an estimated ship date of "late August". We've reached out to their customer service twice now; the first response (days later) stated they were having "order fulfillment issues" and that it was expected to ship on 9.26.2024 - no shipping information was received. Today 9.30.2024 they informed us that they were having additional issues and were offering us a 50% discount on the two watches and that they would now be shipping at the end of October.

So I'll repeat this, Watch? What watch? I have never seen or heard of it, and I don't think I ever will. Sad as I would've loved to have a piece of history especially being a Paratrooper myself.

The watch itself is nice. However their customer service sucks. I dropped my watch and the glass shattered. spent months reaching out to customer service only to never get a response. so i threw the watch out and found a better company who stands by their product. so i reached out to praesidius both on email and on instagram. i do not have a facebook account. on email i still have not heard a reply to fix the situation. on instagram i have been replied to and my messages were seen and then all replys stopped. so idk if this was to save face or not but mybissue has not been resolved and nobody seems to understand whats going on. again nice watches i really like the A5 UDT dive watch in abyss blue. but i will never purchase a watch from this company again. something as simple as sending me a new watch could have made me a lifetime customer again. but it seems that this was just an attempt at saving face for the public and not a real solution.

I worked with Praesidus as part of the SBWC and recieved one of their watches. It is a great field watch and has been a staple In my collection since I received it. Highly recommend Praesidus!

This is the perfect clone of the SOG watch I have been looking for for years. The Arabic numerals on the dial face give it the best look and feel. The movement is made in Japan and guarantees the best accuracy. Thanks Praesidus for releasing this combination.

The team at Praesidus were amazing. I needed some advice and had a couple of requests that they answered promptly. My watch arrived in the UK very well packaged and in great condition. There was a slight issue with overpayment on the import tax which Praesidus quickly resolved without fuss. Watch is amazing and exceeded my expectations. My only comment is that the watch would really have benefited from coming on a NATO, an issue that is easily resolved. Thanks for everything!

This will be a mixed review. First, the watch. I love the DD-45 Patina watch. It is well-constructed and sharp to look at. Clean, classic lines. Excellent workmanship. Really stunning. I hope to get many years of wear from the watch. Now, my buying experience. Terrible. I bought the watch on the day it was released. I did this because it was a limited release and I did not want to miss getting one. I ordered on March 13. On March 18 I received a FedEx tracking number. By April 4, I had not received the watch, so I initiated a customer service request. I heard nothing. I then received an email asking to rate my experience. I replied to this email asking about the whereabouts of the watch. Again, no reply. After hearing nothing for several days, I decided to initiate a dispute with PayPal. Several days later, I finally received an email from Customer Service apologizing and giving some vague excuse, but no targeted delivery date. I responded professionally and indicated that until I received the watch, or at least an updated delivery date from FedEx, I was proceeding with the payment dispute. Another vague email apologizing, but still no date. Finally, after another strongly worded email from me, I received confirmation of shipment with a delivery date of April 8. The watch actually arrived on April 6, two days early. So, will I purchase another watch? Not sure. Love the product - fulfillment was lacking.

It's been a month since ordered and still have not received the watch. A Fedex label was created a week ago and it has still not been received or scanned by Fedex. Customer service has offered no explanation as to what happened or any time frame of when they might actually get the package to Fedex. I have requested a cancellation of the order and have not heard back.

The transaction was easy and shipping quick. What I really want to talk about is what a great watch I got. Really excellent military tribute watch. Absolutely love it!

Easy to order; watch arrived quickly and looks great. Very happy with the product and overall ordering process.

Terrible customer service, just as bad QA. First watch was sent finished so poorly there were sharp edges on the case. They sent me a different “upgrade” model because the first was no longer available. This one was not finished correctly either, was missing the polished features. It’s now over a month later and it’s taken a week or more between responses and I still have no watch that is correct nor a refund. STAY FAR AWAY.

300$ may not be a lot to them but is to some and not responding to any emails after spending 300$ and getting the silent treatment definitely doesn’t make me want to be a return customer or tell friends about their company
Got a reply after I made this post but had nothing to do with what I said just proves they don’t really care if thinking of purchasing from them sleep on it and consider other companies that will keep in touch with you if something goes wrong or have any questions or concerns

I really like the design and heritage, and more than anything, the just fit. Although the manual winding is disappointing, the color and design are really great.

Very nice watch! Excellent quality, love the automatic movement and the bright GITD! Maybe a lil overpriced but I'm happy with my purchase! Highly Recommended....
