Love the meals! We have a kitchen renovation going on at the same time as going through IVF - so meals need to be easy but nutritious. We’ve had 5 Nuuda meals so far, all cooked to perfection in our air fryer (on the “bake” setting) and have been so impressed! Really tasty, lots of variety, not just curries and chicken + rice (like so many other frozen meals…). The portions are big enough for two hungry people and I feel happy knowing I’m eating a well balanced, nutrient dense meals. We’ll be back for more soon!

Bought the New Parent Bundle for a friend following the birth of their first born. She cried upon receipt and said it was exactly what they needed, the food was sensational, a very seamless process and excellent value for money.

Ordered for my Mum and Dad who are both recovering from sickness. They’ve eaten their first meal, chicken with the red pepper tapenade and they thought it was delicious . Reassuring for me to know they’re getting great food to help them recover and giving them a break from preparing a few meals. Thank you.

Deliveries are reliable and packaging first class - very protective of the product.

I’ve used NUUDA several times now and absolutely love their stuff. Doesn’t taste like a “ready meal” at all, it tastes “real”. I especially like their energy balls and like to have these in the afternoon to stop me having some garbage that’s bad for me. Please start doing kids meals at some point!

Website is really easy to navigate. The meals were delivered within 2 days of ordering and everything has been delicious so far! Offers good variety of cuisines and nutritional meals. As a new mum with a 3 week old, Nuuda has been a lifesaver. Highly recommend.

Meals are mostly delicious. All are gluten free and dairy free, so a real boon for those of us with intolerances.

We started ordering from Nuuda when I was about to have a baby and have carried on through the first few months. It's been a lifesaver to have healthy and nutritious meals ready to go during such a busy time! They are great value for money especially when you look at the quality of the ingredients. We'll always keep some stocked up now for the days we don't have time to cook, it's a much better option than a takeaway

I never received my order and have been trying to contact them for over two weeks through email, their website, and instagram but receive no response.

Wholesome and really delicious meals ! I was delighted with my first delivery. The food quality is incredibly high with really generous protein dishes and delicious, nutrient-dense accompaniments.

1st order charged 3 times because every time I altered the dishes the site thought it was a completely new order. 1 item not available. Food tasted good. 2nd delivery was a bit scary. When I got to the bottom of the box under the insulation it looked like mouse droppings! After a couple of phone calls it was established that the plastic film had come off a meal and the black rice had spilled out.3rd delivery didn't happen.£100+ food for delivery on the Friday. I tracked its' journey up country to Deeside. Monday morning, not delivered as perishable. DPD site said contact merchant. I rang and was told someone would call me back. No - I received an email telling me a refund was on the way.I was not asked if I still wanted the order? Customer service a bit lacking. Office says opening times but no one replies on the chat box. I had to make other arrangements for a food delivery. 2 out of 3 isn't good I'm afraid.

I have been heavily researching healthy food prep companies to find the best company to use and I ended up using brands such as Simmer and Frive - both of which were awful services to use. Poor packaging, damaged meals, missing meals, poor customer service and then having to wait extended periods for a refund for the missing/damaged meals. I also noticed that their food was fairly bland, and to counteract that they would use a lot of spices to add some taste to their food, meaning every single meal is just incredibly spicy for no reason. I'd had enough and started to again research for other companies, dreading that I may have to go back to the old way of doing things and sourcing my own ingredients and cooking at home again.

I then found Nuuda and what a refreshing change it has been! I found the packaging to be very good, protecting the meals adequately from any damage during the courier delivery. The meals are very good, nutritious and tasty, and I look forward to eating my Nuuda evening meal. My partner, a vegetarian, has also been enjoying the Nuuda vegan meals and is going to be using the vegan box going forwards. It is such a difference from previous companies I have used, and it has been a very good experience. I am so happy that I have been able to find a company that actually delivers what they publish on their website. The best meal for me so far has been the fish pie - oh my god what a great tasting meal that is!

Please do not change as a company, because things are just right as they are now!

EDIT: I recently had 2 missing meals, and after some communication with the company they replaced the missing meals with a next day courier along with some brownie treats to make up for the inconvenience. Was really happy with the customer service shown when the supply service went wrong on that occasion.
