Deliveries are made when promised without exception. The meals remain of high quality. It is however somewhat irritating to be told that a particular dish is out of stock in my area.

Weight off my mind
My dad has parkinsons and my mum recently had a stroke and is recovering in hospital. I bought the meals to make things easier for my parents and my dad absolutely enjoys them. They are healthy don't take long to heat up and tasty. The delivery driver pops them into the freezer for my dad. It's one less thing to have to worry about very pleased.

Great choice of different dishes/portion sizes
Great choice of different dishes and portion sizes, super quality, simple to reheat. Delivery is always as per the order, while cardboard and empty containers are recycled. WFF is ideal for me as I have mobility issues and cannot cook for safety reasons.

Very good experience without any issues or problems with the delivery service and I have successfully picked my meals and pudding, they were high-quality meals and puddings which are suitable for me to eat because I have dysphagia due to Cerebral Palsy.

I still cannot buy any roast chicken…
I still cannot buy any roast chicken dinners (7101 and 5128) or liver (324) and Moroccan stew (4366). They have been out of stock for many weeks. Other than that, very satisfied.

Seems very hit & miss!
I've had 2 meals out of the 5 I ordered. The spaghetti bolognaise was fine, but the hunters chicken was barely edible, due to absolutely terrible quality chicken.

Great service and tasty meals
Easy to order and delivered when expected. The drivers are helpful and friendly. Having the same driver every week, on a particular day, gives our dad someone he knows and trusts.
Being able to order last minute,up to the early hours of the same day, is very useful too.
