PBX are great, no need to say too much

After being let down by a large US based online seller with yet another delay on the product I had pre-ordered, I found it available elsewhere in the US... but they either would not ship to SA or their shipping was grossly overpriced. Then I came across Postbox-Courier - wow, what a great company! PBC were really great with their information and assistance in getting my parcel to SA, and I had it in less time from PBC than it took the seller to ship to the PBC depot. Thank you Postbox-Courier!

Postbox Courier is a fast and easy way to import goods from the U.S and U.K, used them twice to import from both countries and both times I received my package quicker than expected.

Postbox courier were great. Package posted on Thursday at 4:30pm and delivered by Monday morning before 9am. Gary was always available to answer any questions I had. I would use monthly if it was cheaper.

Good communication, fast service

After having numerous items 'go missing' with the SA post office, I was really worried about sending a credit card through them. I found Postbox Courier on line and right from the start they were brilliant with communication and the service was fantastic throughout.

I had some questions that were addressed immdediately, which is why I picked Postbox Courier above another well-known remailer.

The assistance was immediate and friendly, and I had no issues once I'd booked my parcel. Delivery to South Africa took 2 days after PBCreceived it from Amazon. I was very pleased, because its almost as fast as getting it from Amazon.

I'll defintely use these guys again.

Service is great, responses to emailed queries are rapid, and it is great to see such a service filling a gap that would otherwise require far more expensive shipping options to South Africa.
I've only used Postbox Courier once, but plan to use them again on my next purchase within a month or so.

Items arrived from Amazon at the UK warehouse on Tuesday, it was in my hands on Thursday afternoon. It took longer for the local delivery to their warehouse from Amazon than it took them to send it to South Africa :P

I used to dread posting presents and cards to South Africa because it was always a complete lottery as to whether or not they would arrive. I have had countless gifts go missing in the post, including hand made ones which was the most upsetting. Since finding Postbox Courier a couple of years ago I haven't worried once. Their service is outstanding. I posted a parcel to my postbox 1st class on Monday and it arrived with my mother in Kempton Park at lunchtime on Wednesday! I highly recommend that you stop wasting your money on traditional mail service and sign up for Postbox Courier. I find their prices very reasonable and the peace of mind they provide is priceless.
