Poor service, system errors, and no accountability
I had a very frustrating experience with Aramex (Shop & Ship service in Doha, Qatar).
First, my shipment charges were already paid, and the tracking clearly showed “shipment charges paid.” However, once the shipment arrived in Qatar, the system suddenly marked the same amount as unpaid again. I was asked to pay twice for the same shipping, which is completely unacceptable. Only after multiple follow-ups and escalation was this finally acknowledged as a system error.
Second, despite providing my full delivery address and paying for door-to-door service, my shipment was marked as “held for pickup” at the branch. No delivery attempt was made, and I did not receive any call. I was effectively forced to arrange pickup myself.
Customer support was extremely poor. I had to open multiple cases, and some were closed without proper resolution. Responses were delayed and often generic, with no real accountability.
Eventually, I had to contact staff directly and follow up repeatedly just to get basic issues corrected.
Overall, this experience was stressful, time-consuming, and poorly handled. I would not recommend this service unless you are prepared to deal with system errors and lack of proper support.

Tracking and communication are very poor. Logistics and timing are worse. As a logistics company that sums them up. When working for government departments they are very good, used privately they are a risk if your delivery is time dependent.

AVOID ARAMEX — 24 Days and Still No Delivery ⭐
My package has been stuck in Aramex Hong Kong facility since March 19th with zero delivery and zero accountability. Excuses I received: flight cancellation, Easter holiday, "we will contact you" — none of it ever resulted in any action. Contacted support 5+ times and every agent gave the same useless copy paste responses with no real information or guaranteed delivery date. I also noticed hundreds of identical complaints on Trustpilot proving this is a company wide problem not an isolated incident. Had to repeatedly extend my buyer protection window just because Aramex cannot deliver a simple package in 24 days. Cancelling my order and reordering from a seller who does not use Aramex. If ordering internationally — specifically ask your seller NOT to use Aramex. You have been warned.

The worst of courier services, the courier amt was 800, we had to pay 1400 on top of it ,kinda off forcibly. THERE IS A MAFIA kind of a team operating it where the only option you are left with is is paying bribe to get ur parcel.On top of that before getting the parcel their team reaches you out on your phone number via message and asks you to pay!creeps
Delay in delivery and no resolution
I had ordered some items from abroad and it was getting shipped through Aramex. The delivery date was 7th but it hasn't been delivered till now which is the 10th. When I spoke to the customer service team, they gave the AWB No. for their local delivery partner and asked me to deal with them. The most effort they could make was send an email. No empathy no apologisies just a nothing we can do you deal with it attitude

One of the worse shipments I ever experienced even they are confused with the delivery of u have more than one delivery the more worse case if you want to reach them through the call they lead you everywhere to the chat boat which can’t resolve your problem no customer service number all chat boats always delay delivery system will make super pissed of didn’t not receive my delivery but it showed already delivered and at the same time u can’t reach them making me crazy if anyone wants to get mad and pissed of do send delivery with them otherwise it’s just a name no service stay away not to disturb your pace of mind

I had a very disappointing experience with Aramex. I sent a shipment from Dubai to Mumbai using express delivery, however the parcel has been stuck in Delhi for over 3 days without any movement towards its final destination.
Additionally, customer support has been highly unresponsive—calls are not answered and chat responses take several hours. This level of service is not acceptable for a paid express shipment.
While delays can happen, the lack of communication and resolution is concerning. I hope the company improves its service reliability and customer support
