These guys are pure thieves. They lose parcels often, damage my products constantly, charge in shipping far more than the product costs, everything about this company is disgusting. You have to contact customer services constantly, the person is always arrogant, ignorant, and clueless.
No way to contact S&S
Ordered a parcel from Amazon Japan on the 9th of March 2026. Today is the 31st of March 2026, and the item is still in their warehouse. They have not processed the shipment, and I have been sending them multiple emails with no response. I have tried their online customer support system with no luck either; I cannot even reach them over the phone. I understand they have an AGS update at their Japan warehouse, but I'd like to know when my parcel will ship. I am lost in ways to contact them. I think forgetting about the parcel and waiting for time to do its thing might be best at this point. I would not recommend S&S to anyone, especially for those who need accurate delivery times, unless they want to deal with these kinds of issues.
Shopandship is terrible
Shopandship used to be ok, but now their service is terrible. They didn't send me the item, but they still charge me for the return? Is it right? Their service is worthless, they also don't know how to communicate with customers who have issues with the item. If you don't call them, you won't know what the problem is with your item. You'll be surprised after 21 days, your item will be discarded, destroyed, or in auctioned.

Slow, careless and they never give you a receipt for the customs and duties you pay. Overpriced (two pillows weighing 8kg?????) and unprofessional to say the least.
Cheaper to fly to the destination and do your shopping instead.

My shipment arrived at the Florida USA address on Feb 20, 2026. It is marked "Received at origin" and it has been like that until today March 7, 2026. I opened a case on February 26, 2026 and have yet to hear anything from them. They were not like this in the past so service quality has definitely deteriorated. I hope I get my package eventually but this is the last dealing ever with this company. If I can give 0 star, I would have. I advised everyone to AVOID them. Use a different service.
Order stuck for two months
I ordered something in January, and it's been there for two months. I can't pay for the shipment request, first because my account was somehow on hold, now it doesn't let me pay for it, always showing an error. It's impossible to get answers from them, they don't reply to e-mails. Now, as I consult my package, it says I'm incurring a storage fee of 1$ per day, as it has reached the end of free storage time, with no fault of my own. It's infuriating, it has to be a scam
Useless Aramex Management should be fired
Ordered a laptop for work via the Shop and Ship service from the USA to NZ. Supposed to get the item in NZ within 10 working days, the package has been lying in their US warehouse now for three weeks. For the first two weeks I had no updates, no movements. Opened a case about a two weeks ago, no response yet at all. The complaints email which didn't take any responsibility. Reached out to NZ Aramex team as well and they haven't been able to get a response from the US team until 3 days ago. There were 3 duplicate packages added to the Shop and Ship account for one shipment.
Now after 3 weeks they are telling me that as their new address in now in Florida, the airlines they use don't ship items that has batteries which I've done previously (their old address was in NY) and they are trying to find alternatives. I needed the laptop for work and now i'm in a pickle. Absolute disgrace!

Very disappointed with Shopandship
Very disappointed with Shopandship. My package was marked as unacceptable without clear explanation. I tried contacting them multiple times by email but received no response. I also reached out through Facebook and Instagram, and they said my issue was escalated to a dedicated team — yet no one has contacted me. Poor communication and very frustrating experience.

One day they say it has been assigned to someone else by mistake, next day they say its stuck at customs and another day they say its out for delivery but nothing is delivered. They have even stopped responding to emails. Such a useless organization, not sure how they are allowed to operate by Aramex.
Bad end for a good business
This service started well at the beginning offering many mailbox accounts worldwide in cooperation with Aramex. Connecting online via app or website or social media platforms was smooth and quick. Suddenly the shipping rates increased and the customer service was replaced with Chat-bots. The delivery drivers hired off working hours are incompetent. Will make a quick miss call just to mark as (Customer unavailable). I ended up paying for express shipping while the delays and lack of communication makes it no different than normal postal services.

As a follow-up to my previous post, I asked Shop&Ship in writing to inspect my shipment at their UK warehouse before forwarding it to the UAE. This request was made before the parcel moved, specifically to prevent damage and to allow replacement with the UK supplier if needed. They ignored it. The shipment was forwarded anyway. When it reached Dubai, two ceramic items were broken, exactly what the requested inspection would have prevented. After weeks of delays, multiple cases, and repeated evidence submissions, this was Shop&Ship’s final response (verbatim): “Inner packaging is the shipper’s responsibility, as we transport the shipment as it is received, and we regret to inform you that we don’t offer compensation for this.” “Aramex accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused by inadequate or inappropriate packaging.” What they deliberately did NOT address: that I formally requested inspection before onward shipment; that their delayed inaction caused the parcel to reach the UAE unchecked; that this deprived me of the opportunity to reject or replace the items in the UK. I opened and followed up on multiple cases, shared photos, dates, and emails repeatedly. These are the actual case numbers logged with Shop&Ship: 95013162 | 95677563 | 95010728 | 99153806 | 99841688. Responses were delayed by days, repetitive, and consistently avoided the core question: Why was my initial inspection request in the UK got ignored, and why was the parcel shipped onward unchecked?! Even with Shop&Ship Protection enabled, and even though the refund amount is small, no accountability was taken. I was instead asked to reshare the same evidence while the root failure was ignored. This case was already shared publicly once. Since then: no refund, no acknowledgment of failure, no corrective action. Keep the money. The cost of this conduct will be paid elsewhere: in TRUST, CREDIBILITY, and REPUTATION! So I am documenting the full timeline again, with their final written position, so others can decide for themselves whether this service reflects duty of care. “Buy it over there and get it over here” has translated, in practice, to: Break it there. Ship it here. 👎
Do not use this service
Do not use this service. Absolute let down. My package arrived at the depot in UK. It was in the APP. I uploaded the e-Invoice as requested. It then disappeared from the APP. Have contacted them locally, and overseas, via chat, email and phone. No one has been able to assist at all.

My experience with Shop & Ship has been extremely disappointing. They lost my package even though I provided every possible detail: tracking number, delivery confirmation, photos, pre-alert, and proof from the courier. Despite all this, they refuse to take responsibility.
Getting in contact with them is almost impossible. Their customer support is extremely slow — the live chat responds every two hours, and when they finally reply, they don't provide real solutions. After waiting days with no updates, my package is still missing and no one seems willing to help.
I trusted Shop & Ship with my shipment, but this experience has shown a complete lack of accountability, efficiency, and customer service. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
Abhorrent customer service
I couldn't use another word but abhorrent to describe the customer service. I had a package sent to them on the 10th of Nov, it is now the 4th of December. I have opened multiple tickets to ask about if I can get it sent to me to no response in what is weeks now. I have emailed the care and support team to no avail, and I am now afraid they will dispose of my package. I am absolutely appalled, as this is a preorder item, and even if my item is refunded, it goes for double the price and its not something I can afford at that price. I will be redirecting my other preorder thats addressed to them immediately, as this company as absolutely shady, from the shop&ship website to the aramex delivery itself.

I had a shipment sent from the US, and zero communication was shared with me to inform me that it had been delivered.
This shipment was USD 1000, and it was actually delivered to the wrong address.
When asked if the team can correct this / use insurance that I am sure that I have paid for in the cost of the shipping .. I have been informed there is nothing that they can do.
How Aramex cannot help a loyal customer of many years, baffles me.
Shame on them, I am now cancelling my account and I will never use this service again.
Aramex should re look at how they treat their customers. Shame on you.
I would definitely recommend you look at another company to use, their digital journey is appalling and very unreliable.
