These guys know what they are doing. For hassle free import/export I can highly recommend them. From dispatch in the USA to arrival at my door was all within 7 business days!

Why does it take several days for your system to update receipt of a parcel? I have waited up to a week for an update before I could pay for onward shipping. That's a week wasted on shipping time. Also, I have sent enquiries to support, but they have been completely ignored. An acknowledgment of receipt would be great, a reply even better. This seems to be the general experience for many customers using your service.

Excellent service! Was really impressed by these guys. Ordered 2 packages from the States and received them, on time, within 2 days after arriving at the post box. The fastest I've ever experienced!

However, prepare yourself to be shocked by their shipping rates! They're absolutely ridiculous! The shipping ended up being almost triple the actual cost of the items I bought! I import all the time and have never come across rates like these. Postbox is fantastic but with those shipping rates, would only recommend them as an extreme last resort, which is unfortunate.

This service is incredible when it comes to fast delivery as my parcel took 3 days to ship to me from the US (definitely will continue business here as process was quick and hassle-free).....BUT falls short when it comes to prices.

Used this courier company as part of an experiment to compare with 2 other intl. courier companies (ordered the same cosmetic items, all from one company with +- same weight and price, just used different delivery services) and PBC was the only one to charge me a customs fee on my parcel. The PBC clearance, customs duties and VAT charged was 60% the total value of the actual items inside the box and they didn’t even open it ‘to check’ - incredibly disappointing as I always import cosmetics items of +-R500 and NEVER get charged. Clearly a quick buck was made here. Cant't put all the blame on PBC though.

Besides that, the shipping from the US to SA cost more than the total value of the items. So essentially, you don’t save a dim, you spend the same amount of money just buying the same items locally. Food for thought friends.

PBC is a cool company their phone number is actually the UK number it diverts to the SA branch, shipping time way better then the SAPO (GARBAGE) took 9 days from the UK to my door, the only catch any item over R500 you will pay import duties.

A safe and quick way to send parcels to family in South Africa .Having had problems with the South African postal service, it was so great to discover Postbox Courier.

It honestly doesn't get better than this. Super Fast, Easy, Honest, Reliable and great communication. I needed to bring a new Sony remote control into South Africa after Sony pulled their home entertainment division out of the country. I had a friend organize the remote in the UK and Postbox Courier had it delivered to my door, safely and cost effectively. I will now be using them to shop online internationally. Just fantastic

They've responded to all my emails, they're very approachable and always ready to assist. My goods were consolidated in the US and the shipments have arrived in perfect condition with no damage. Absolutely blown away! 3 Days after I was notified my parcel arrived in my US postbox, my parcel was delivered to my house in SA by courier! No SA Post Office involvement. Excellent, highly recommended service - worth every cent or penny!
