Excellent rating doesn't include smell
I bought a Chanel purse. It was rated excellent. When I received my item, the box and purse smelled like old perfume. When I wrote to Portero, they said to put dryer sheets and air it out. When paying 4 grand, you would think the company would make sure the product didn't stink. Will never buy used purses again from this website.

I was hesitant at first of purchasing an expensive item off a website. After doing some research into the item as well as Portero I decided to purchase. I loved that they provided a detailed description as well as allowed for me to purchase using my credit card (which made me feel safer). They represented the item perfectly too! Buyers Beware
I bought a bag from Portero but was not told it was an international sale. My surprise came when I tried to return it and found out I had to ship it to Japan at my cost. This should have been disclosed before the sale not after. Buyers beware they have many bags on their website but don't tell you they are from Japan. This is deceptive, not a good way to run a business. I am not happy and will never buy from them again. This cost me $92.75 for postage. The website does not state you must return to Japan. I bought from an American company based in New York. Deceptive!

Hello,
I received order #100036089, sadly I can't even touch it because it has been ruined by water damage of some sort. A terrible odor permeates and it looks as though it has been wiped of must. The Chain strap in part, looks as though it has corroded. This was to have been my very first Chanel bag and I waited a lifetime to purchase it and I am greatly disappointed.
