Unbelievable!
It's unbelievable that a website like this even exists. I love the option to make monthly payments that fits your budget so you can get whatever you want without having to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars upfront! The quality of the wallet that I got was spot on with the pictures and the description. The color is exactly as expected too! Would definitely purchase more items in the future!

So happy with my find.
Many years ago I lost a David Yurman earring, I kept the remaining one and hoped I would someday find a replacement for it. I saw the Potrero site and looked. What a surprise I found my exact earring. The service was wonderful and I am now wearing the again.

Well, I made a very large, first-time purchase on Portero and I can say I am very satisfied with my gem of a bag. #1, these bags are investment pieces and its important that the bags are authentic, without a doubt. You need not worry about spending your money on a fake at Portero. #2, the items are unbiasly described, IMO. My item was marked "pristine condition", and I agree that it is. My only comment would be to ensure that you really love the bag since it's non-returnable. Just find one you love & enjoy it!! Highly recommend, A+.

Beautiful handbags....
I at first was skeptical about this site but i couldnt help after seeing one of there Louis Vuitton bags. Of course I had to buy it and beforehand i chatted with one of the girls i think her name was Jessica she was very helpful and informative about where they ship from and there quality etc. I ordered my bag on a Friday and recieved it the following friday which was great because i usually wait weeks before getting a package. My only complaint was that i never recieved an email saying that my order shipped so i contacted customer care spoke with Kevin who got back to me immediately with my tracking # and shipping confirmation so all in all it was an amazing experience getting in contact with the people there. The quality of the bag is beautiful not one stain or spot on it honestly looks like its brand new. I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

I tried to purchase a purse using Affirm. I was approved and I ordered it. Then I got a e-mail from you stating that the purse was no longer available. A few days later the same purse appeared on your website and I tried to purchase it again using Affirm and I was denied. I am very unhappy.

Bought an item that wasn't even available
What kind of customer service or business is this? I bought an item that was already sold, extremely poor business practices. I was sent an email saying that the item had sold on another platform; so why wouldn't someone follow up?! Then I get an email saying if I wanted help in finding a smiliar item so of course I said yes and still haven't heard from them 3 weeks later, not even a follow up email. Of course they sent me several emails asking me how was purchase was and if I liked the bag I bought... Come on people, get with it. Follow up and act accordingly with your online clientele. Very upset and disappointed to say the least.

Purchased a Chanel bag through Portero.com and shipping was quick (although it came from Japan, it took three days!) and the item was exactly as pictured. It was authentic (came with serial number and card), and I appreciated that it was the same item that was on the website... I love my pre loved Chanel, thank you Portero!
