Getting "The" Bag
Getting the bag was a little bit of a hassle. Also I had to pay a customs fee. Lastly I wish that the description was in more detail. My bag smells. I think I just have to air it out.

I order a product that I never received. I've emailed Potrero multipal times and not one person has gotten in touch with me. This isn't the way any respectable business would be run. I'm truly disappointed.

I purchased the Gucci Soho bag last Monday 6/5/2017 & was under the impression that everything was good. I received an email on 6/6 stating that the bag was already sold. I was livid. That should NEVER happen. It cost me big time as my card still had a hold on it a full 24 hours later. And all I got was an 'oh we're sorry.'
