Inaccurate information given.
The customer service is not accurate in giving information about the origin of the bag I purchased, I was disappointed when I found that out when I received the bag and of course it's no returned.

Called regarding shipping option and …
Called regarding shipping option and was told that they will take care of my preference to pick up the package at a UPS location since I couldn't be home for the package but they never did. I ended up have the take half day off so I wouldn't miss the last delivery attempt.
