I received my EOX one week ago and I’ve been testing it all week against my HappyJapan machines. I run a lot of patches. Today I stitched 18 patches at once with over 177,000 stitches in a 13x16 Moghty Hoop - ZERO thread breaks. I have eleven years professional embroidery experience on multiple brands of high-end commercial machines. I am SO happy with my EOX so far. And PooLin offers excellent customer service. 5 stars!

I recently purchased a Poolin EOC07 & I had no idea what I was getting myself in to. The customer support is amazing and as a brand new user I was so impressed with how patient they are with guiding. I am in Love with my machine and recommend to everyone I know. I hope to graduate to one of the 15 needles in the coming months.

Before I even bought the machine, the Poolin expert team was / IS AMAZING! They reached out to me to see if I had any questions and put me in a group chat with (the best) engineer - Leo. I’ve had my machine a few weeks now and haven’t had to bother him until last night/today with my tension issue. Thank goodness for Leo, it was a bunch of trial and error, BUT we got it done and I’m very grateful. Thank you Leo for your time and expertise + the amazing Poolin team, I’m glad I went with this brand of machines ❤️

I have both a EOC06 and recently purchased an EOX. I am loving both! The Poolin staff has been wonderful to answer questions, help me out, and are constantly checking on me to see how things are going! I couldn’t recommend Poolin anymore!! I was looking for a beginner machine that could also do hats after beginning my journey with the Poolin EOC06. I chose the Poolin EOM as it was very similar to the Bai machines, but at a much more affordable price. I have had this machine now for about a month or so and have stitched out numerous projects, 90% of those being Richardson 112+ hats (according to the internet, one of the more difficult hats to work with). I have had no problems stitching those hats with zero extra steps (no steaming, water, etc, like many have suggested online).

I have ran into a handful of issues - ALL of them ended up being user-error, but even so, Poolins Help Support has been top notch! There is a substantial time-zone difference, so I may not receive immediate support but I do recieve support that is always helpful and almost always comes with a video showing me *exactly* what to do/look for/etc.

I highly recommend this machine (and brand) if you're looking to put your foot into the embroidery world!

Free shipping when I purchased, came less than a week. Delivery was super easy. Videos online for set up was helpful. Any questions just message easily through app.

Leo and Kai are always available to help! There is a time difference and I did reach out during there off hours but sure enough they got back to me as soon as they could and were able to assist me with my issue and provide tutorials on how to maintain my EOX. The customer service you get from the engineers is top notch!! Thank you Leo and Kai!!!

I absolutely love my **BAI Mirror embroidery machine!** It has been a great addition to my embroidery business. The stitch quality is beautiful, it handles a variety of projects well, and having a multi-needle machine has made embroidery so much faster and more enjoyable.

There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get comfortable with the machine and learn your settings, it really performs. I also appreciate the amount of training, videos, and support available when I have questions.

For the price and capabilities, I feel like the **BAI Mirror is an excellent value**. I'm very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend it to someone wanting to step up to a multi-needle embroidery machine. ❤️🧵

New to embroidery, took a leap and purchased the Poolin EOM. It was very easy to setup and the support I have received has been amazing. There is a bit of a learning curve but with a little research it was easy to figure out. I highly recommend the product and company.

I ordered a Poolin EOCO5 back in May of 24, completely new to embroidery but wanted to add some different components to my quilts and make custom quilt labels. After the machine arrived; my quilting days slowed and I dug into learning an entire new craft. I have since added 2 more Poolin Sewing machines (565 and EOCO2) and the most recent newest single needle machine the EOCO7. Which increased what I am able to make by size and speed. The Poolin team has been a wonderful asset in my journey of going from a casual hobby while working full time to a full time retirement hobby allowing me to do craft fairs and make a variety of different things. The team is fantastic with making sure you are confident with your machine and will work with you until you master the craft. They are great trouble shooting and resolving issues when they do arise. The products that they have available from machines, to thread and stabilizers is top notch and very affordable. I have gone from a customer who took a leap of faith with a very new to the market brand to a dedicated customer who will not go with any other brand going forward.

I am new to the Poolin embroidery machine and just setup my EOM, I thought the machine made a weird noise for Tracing and reached out to Leo and Kai for help. They were so nice and patient with me to figure out the right way to Trace.
