So far my machine is great, the Richword thread is great and the customer device has been wonderful. Kai spent half the day with me ensuring my embroidery machine was up and running!

I have had my machine for about 23 weeks now this machine has been awesome. I have ran into a few hiccups here and there with tension problems, broken needle problems questions on just how to do certain things on a machine that I didn’t understand and Kai Tang Has been phenomenal and helping me out and always answering my questions and I’ve never had to wait to the wee hours of the night it’s like this man never sleeps if I text him at one in the afternoon five in the evening six in the evening three in the morning he seems to always be right there waiting to help. He even reaches out to check on me and how things are going. The customer service is ten ⭐️ stars.

I went from a single needle singer machine to the 15 needle EOM. It is a game changer and so glad I made the purchase. This machine let's me complete work quicker and easier. The software is a learning curve but with time in sure it will get better.

I ordered the EOV 15 needle machine and it has changed my small business for the better! I had no embroidery experience but read reviews and watched online YouTube videos to learn how to use and maintenance my machine. The price was great compared to other machines and customer service has been very helpful! I strongly recommend Poolin machines!!!

Perfect for a Complete Beginner!

I absolutely LOVE my Poolin EOV! I purchased this machine with zero embroidery experience—I had never embroidered anything before—and I was honestly surprised by how easy it was to learn.

The machine is very beginner-friendly, and I was able to get comfortable with it much faster than I expected. The stitch quality has been beautiful, and I’ve already been able to create so many different projects, from shirts and appliqué to hats and polos.

There is definitely a learning curve with embroidery itself, but as far as the machine goes, I have no complaints. I love everything about my EOV and I’m so glad I chose it as my first embroidery machine. If you’re a beginner who is nervous about getting started, I definitely recommend it!

I loved my EOM so much I had to buy the EOX. It hasn't even been a year but I knew I was ready for an upgrade. The only experience I had with embroidery is from watching my mom when I was a little girl. I knew I wanted to learn but never would imagine I would be using a multi-needle machine. The quality of my work has been so impressive thanks to the assistance of the Poolin team. Kevin has been extremely helpful in getting my tension just right. The thread quality is great, The colors are super vibrant and crisp. Multi-needle machines give you time back from changing the thread colors. It also allows you to expand the type of projects you can make. 3d. foam caps are a lot easier with a multi-needle. As well as larger, bulkier projects. I really love Poolin and no other machine can beat their pricing with all of the support available if you need it.

I’m very happy with my Poolin EOC05 so far. The customer service has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made the whole process much easier, especially as a beginner.
There are also plenty of helpful tutorial videos available online, so it’s quite easy to learn how to use the machine and explore its different functions.
For the price, I think the EOC05 offers excellent value for money. It is more than enough for home use and is a great choice for anyone who wants to get started with machine embroidery without investing in a much more expensive professional machine.
Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and really appreciate the excellent support from the Poolin team!

Great experience! I recently purchased the machine and needed some technical assistance. The customer support team was extremely helpful, prompt, and solved my issue right away. The machine works wonderfully for my projects. Highly recommend both the product and the service! 5/5 stars.

I am very happy with the customer service. I had a problem connecting my Poolin EOC06 embroidery machine to the internet and the person was patient to show me step by step how to do it. He solved my problem and I am very happy with the embroidery machine.

I have reached out to their customer service 3 times now and have had excellent experiences. The first time I wasn't sure if the bobbin was in correctly so i messaged them on WhatsApp with a picture and they told me how to orient it correctly. Second time I needed a replacement hoop which they arranged for 28$ I think it was shipped to my door (they had to ship it twice, first one got lost in shipping). Third time I lost the bobbin cover and they kindly told me I already had a replacement that came with the machine. Overall unexpectedly great customer service and a pretty capaable machine(I have the eoc06).

Kai, one of Poolin’s engineers, has been absolutely amazing! He always answers my questions and gets back to me in a timely manner. Learning to use my Poolin EOM machine has been challenging, and I’m sure many of my issues were simply user error, but Kai has always been incredibly patient, kind, and willing to teach me along the way.
His knowledge, dedication, and customer service have made such a difference in my experience. He has helped me tremendously with troubleshooting and getting my tension right, and he never makes me feel like I’m bothering him—even when I have lots of questions!
I highly recommend the Poolin EOM embroidery machine. Their engineers are nothing short of amazing, and Kai is truly an asset to the company. Thank you, Kai, for your patience, encouragement, and outstanding support!

I purchased a poolin as a beginner. The machine has been very first time user friendly and the service team has been spectacular. The shipment came very quickly! As I started putting it together, support was excellent. They have helped me step by step to get it put together and set up. There are great videos and literature as well. The stitching looks great and the support team is willing to help me make adjustments. They are so responsive! Love love love this experience!
