The shipment came very quickly! As I started putting it together, support was excellent. They have helped me step by step to get it put together and set up. There are great videos and literature as well. The stitching looks great and the support team is willing to help me make adjustments. They are so responsive! Love love love this experience!

I bought my machine from Amazon. Shipping and delivery was quick and seamless. As it is my first machine, Set up and learning the machine felt overwhelming at first but between the Poolin YouTube channel and the What’s App support, the experience has been amazing. I can’t recommend enough!!

I love my EOM Poolin! I have had so many compliments. I have only had to ask for help a couple times due to the fact technology is not my true calling. EVERY ONE at the help desk are extremely patient and 💯 supportive and have helped me get through my problem. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Very fast response on WhatsApp and very helpful/ knowledgeable. They even sent me pictures without asking showing what I needed to fix. Thankful and happy.

I had a couple startup problems, mainly updating the current machine. Poolin technical staff has been absolutely excellent and worked tirelessly with me. I don’t believe I’ve ever run into better Customer support than I have with this Poolin machine

Just got my Poolin EOM 15 needle machine and absolutely love it! It was so easy to set up and learn how to use. The Poolin support team has been amazing to work with. They are very responsive and know the machine well. Any question I had I received a quick and knowledgeable response. I am super excited to see all the things that I can create now.

I received my poolin EOM back in May. It has been so fun learning how to use it. Tech support is always available in a reasonable times. In the bears future, I plan on purchasing the EOX.

I have had my new Poolin EOM for 3 weeks, so far its a great machine. The only issues I have had have been user error! All the techs have been extremely helpful when I have questions..maybe one day I will add another Poolin to the family! If your considering getting on just do it you will love it ❤️

The machine was delivered quickly! Customer service has been excellent during my purchase and they have continued to check in on me to see if I needed any help. Helped me with purchasing extra hoops. The machine was very easy to set up. Appreciated having threads ties off to make loading thread a breeze. Almost no adjustments to tension had to be made. It has run beautifully since!!! Highly recommended the EOM! ❤️
