I love my EOC03. Everything stitches beautifully and the customer service is fantastic.

I’m very impressed with my Poolin EOV embroidery machine. It stitches out beautifully, with professional results and is easy to use. When I have questions about any of the settings, the Poolin team is easy to reach and they answer my questions very quickly. I will definitely be adding more Poolin machines to my small business. Great quality machine, exceptional customer service, and the price is unmatched!

Any time I come across a struggle Kai and his team are always there to help. They provide assistance and new things to try. I also get a quick response from the team.

I currently own three Poolin embroidery machines, and I’ve had a great experience with them overall! I really haven’t had many issues with my machines, but anytime I have had a question or needed help troubleshooting something, I’ve never had an issue getting in touch with customer service. They’ve always been helpful and willing to work with me to figure things out.

I got troubles with threading. They patiently instructed me how to fix it. Other than that, the machine worked pretty well, even more than I expected.

I purchased many items from the Poolin store. Everything has been awesome. I recently purchased the EOX embroidery machine and the entire experience was without issue. The EOX was delivered earlier than expected and the service has been 5 star. Customer service is excellent. I absolutely love this machine. I have had no issues with the machine or the extras that came with it.

Everything for the order to the shipping and service once the machine got here is wonderful. I do wish it came with more of a book on set up and getting started with maybe some ideas on how to do things but the videos are nice as well. The only problem is sometimes its hard to find exactly what I need. When that happens I just message and they send me a link to the right video. Very helpful. Machine runs great!!!!!

I received my Poolin EOM a couple weeks ago and it has been a great investment. Their customer service, specifically Leo Wang, has been very responsive and helpful while learning their machine. Also their YouTube videos helped get me set up and started very quickly. I would consider buying another Poolin in my future.

Very nice easy sat up and use

This brand makes embriodery accessible to a wider group of people. They have every price range for every type from beginner to semi pro to pro! I started with no knowledge of embriodery with their smallest single needle and fell in love with their products and customer service. Their customer service and support groups online help so much with small minor trouble shooting and their engineers are always happy to help with any technical difficulties! The quality is good and works as expected! So happy that I trusted the PooLin brand! I even upgraded to an EOM just 3 months into owning my E0C05!
