Excellent Embroidery Machine – Very Happy with My Poolin EOM 15 Needle!
I’ve been very impressed with my Poolin EOM 15 Needle embroidery machine. The machine is well built, easy to operate, and produces clean, professional-looking embroidery. Having 15 needles makes switching between colors much faster and is a huge advantage when working on more detailed, multi-color designs.
Once everything is set up correctly, the machine runs smoothly and consistently. The touchscreen controls are easy to navigate, and there are plenty of adjustments available for dialing in different garments, hats, and embroidery designs. Stitch quality has been excellent, and the machine has handled the projects I’ve thrown at it very well.
I’ve also been pleased with Poolin’s support when I’ve had questions. With any commercial-style embroidery machine there is a learning curve, but having helpful support available makes a big difference.
For the price, I think the Poolin EOM 15 Needle offers excellent value, especially for someone wanting to grow an embroidery business without spending the amount required for some of the much more expensive commercial brands.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the Poolin EOM 15 Needle to anyone looking for a capable multi-needle embroidery machine.

Best customer service ever! You get your own rep who chats with you directly and answers every question. You can send vids and pics and they guide you 100% to help with whatever you need! Highly recommend!

Outstanding support experience! I have had my embroidery machine for less than a week and thought I already broke it. I contacted Support and someone got back to me within minutes. They sent videos and walked me through step-by-step what otherwise would have been an impossible task! Kai was so helpful! 10/10 recommend.

I purchased an EOC07 and had some problems with my machine. They helped me through every step of the trouble shooting process. As soon as we figured out it had to be sent back they sent me a return label and sent me out a new machine. The new machine works like a dream and they helped me update it and get it working. They were an invaluable part of this process. I’m very happy!

Poolin has been amazing to work with! From delivery to communication, and technical help after my machine arrived! 10 out of 10! The machine was packed excellent and completely wrapped in a crate! Set up and install was so smooth, and Leo was amazing to work with to set up my tension test and get my machine running! I will definitely purchase again when the time comes.

I had a hard time trying to find a replacement 7.9x15 hoop and Leo is sending me one. He has also checked on me several times to see if everything is ok with my machine, and to see if I needed any help with anything. I really appreciate all of the help and support! The customer service is exemplary!

I’ve had my Poolin eoc06 a little over a year when it messed up. I was very hesitant to contact someone for help. My thoughts were how could they help me when they are located in another country. I tried everything I knew to fix the machine when I finally gave in and sent a message to Kevin Xu at my bedtime figuring it would be the next day before I possibly got a reply. The next morning I did indeed have a reply, actually within 3 hours of asking for help. During the time it took for me to follow my instructions and ask questions I got almost immediate responses. Poolin has great engineers to help with any issues. I would definitely buy from them again. My machine is working great!

I ordered an EOX on a Sunday and it was delivered to me just 2 days later, by freight. I’m still learning my machine, but support has reached out multiple times to check in and answered all my questions. Highly recommend based on my experiences so far!
