I got my photos and Videos!

Having had a good day and many photos taken at Alton Towers, I created a reminder to purchase the pictures within there allotted validly of 90 days.

Life happens and I only remembered when on the last day the reminder popped up so i when on to purchase aforementioned images and this removes the water marks.
I paid the £20 and got the confirmation screen and no images, so i tried again and this time got the email and no images. I then 'screen shot' my pictures and replies. So i contacted customer service which took a day or 2 to reply. They told me the images were gone and nothing could be done.
We had a email conversation and it transpires, or so im told, you cant purchase them close to the end of the valid timescale.

Additionally, there is no IT department ( which i find odd for a company that boasts about its advance Technology on its website and is purely online) , managers or anyway to escalate an issue. All they kept stating is we will ask Alton Towers to issue a refund, which even after 45 days has still not materialised.

This issue is even more painful as it was our last outing as a family having fun there, so these are quite personal to myself.
PomVoms website states -"The Moments We Cherish -By seamlessly connecting guests to their media, Pomvom ensures more memories can be cherished and shared, in real time and beyond."
This is a blatant lie as they lost my images and didn't even attempt to recover these precious memories.

Customer service just follow what seems like a script and don't attempt to go the 'first mile' let alone the extra one.

I would avoid relying on this company due to the fact they don't 'own their mistakes' or take responsibility for their IT.

This really started to feel like a 'brush off' because anything difficult is too hard for them to achieve.

I was charged twice by Pomvom when trying to buy my pictures. First time it said payment error, please try again so did it again.

I have now been charged twice for the same pictures.

Sent an email on 24 July (no other way to contact them) and have heard nothing back except an acknowledgement.

Do not buy the picture via vomcom at Blackpool pleasure beach as the send verification code does not work. It’s a complete scam

Excellent customer service from Tirath who went above and beyond to solve the issue I was experiencing.

I lost my barcode card at the end of a day out at Chessington. I only had a screenshot of the first photo taken and Daniela managed to locate my whole days worth of pictures and some I had forgotten about. I am amazed and so pleased to get these memories back.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Tirath for helping me download the pictures I hadn’t done on the day I went to Thorpe Park. She was very kind and professional. I thought it would be impossible to recover any of my missing photos.

My query was solved very fast and in an efficient way. The person who assisted me was Tirath.

Somehow couldn't download my photos from my autistic sons birthday at chessington ... emailed pompom to see if they could possibly help even though I had no ride names just the codes and hoped for a miracle!

DANIELA found them all! I can't thank her enough and I can honestly say the customer service for this was above and beyond ..my son's hero!

I was unable to watch the data the other day and inquired about it.
I was sure that there would be many inquiries and I would not receive a reply, but they found the data.
They also said they would support me afterwards.
I was also happy to receive a polite reply from Tirath.
I would like to visit Harry Potter Tokyo again!
