Answered to my request for unable accessing the photo website. And provide me another link to quick download all the pics and videos. Great follow up customer services.

We had some issues accessing our online ride photos when we went to Chessington World of Adventures. The customer services team were excellent. Extremely sufficient and very helpful. They solved our issues with the photos and went above and beyond to find a missing photo that wasn’t showing online. Excellent service highly recommended!

Having lost a qr code for some digital photos from Chessington I contacted Pomvom and with the help from Tirath from Customer Support I now have all my photos safe.
So a big thankyou to Tirath

I was missing a photo from a trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach - I might have forgotten to pick it up after the ride - nevertheless, Pomvom were able to locate it and upload it to my photoset a few days after I had returned - happy days!

I had missing photos and emailed to query I spoke to an advisor named Tirath who was extremely helpful and resolved my problem immediately and found the images I was missing. Really quick and helpful service.

Triath managed to find a photo we had taken at Chessington with just the date and time and a poor quality photo from my phone. He then sent us the official photo for free as a goodwill gesture!

What made my experience great is that me and my friends had such a great time at the theme park. We managed to get on 8 rides in total and normally it’s absolutely packed at Alton Towers so we did a great job. I also felt safe on the scarier rides (the safety bars were not rattling at all) and one of my friends felt extremely nervous prior to a ride but after the ride, she felt much better so that ticks the box for the rides being safe. Also, I forgot to get a digital photo from one of the rides on the day of our trip so I decided to email Alton towers about getting digital photos from the wickerman and I provided them with as much information as possible. This included details like (the time of the photo, which ride was it, what clothes the individuals were wearing etc) and after a few days, they found the photos I was looking for! I got the photos about 10 days after my trip so that made it even harder to find the photos. The only thing that takes this review down to 4 stars is the price of everything. A £36 ticket per individual is an ok price but on most days, Alton Towers Is very busy and we were very lucky that we got on 8 rides because it wasn’t too busy on the day of our trip. If it was on a very busy day we went then we would go on much less rides and the £36 ticket wouldn’t be as worth it. The prize games were also pretty expensive. £3 for 1 shot into a basketball hoop and you have to get the ball perfectly Into the hoop or else it will bounce off the rim and it gives the shooter an impression that they were close to getting their shot in so they have another few attempts at getting the shot in which leads to a lot of money being spent in the end and potentially not winning a prize. I was extremely lucky and won the prize on my very last shot after 45 attempts but towards the end, I had strong doubts that I would win nothing. I was really pleased to win a prize but for a person that doesn’t win anything, they may want the price per shot to go down to £1.50 or £2. Overall, this was a great experience but the prices for most things are a bit too much

at our visit in TOP OF THE ROCK , we made a video art. we got a link to download the video, but forgot to do so.
as we came back to our country, we weren't able to download it from here, so we contact Pomvom customer service. thay did every thing thay can to help us, and we talked with several of them. finelly thay found the video and send the link to us.

I lost my photo wristband from Portadventura Salou. Even though, I was told it wasn't possible to find photos without it but after asking again..2 staff members helped on retrieving my lost photos. By giving, times, dates & faces. I was delighted that a huge effort was made to find them

I feel like I took a big chance when I wrote to your customer service team - I asked for what felt like the impossible! I was hoping the team could use their facial recognition to find a picture that wasn't loaded to my iMagic account. Somehow, miraculously, they did!! And it turned out to be the BEST picture. It meant to so much to me to capture this memory with my child. THANK YOU for taking the time to find it! Overall, the team responded quickly, was over accommodating, and so so nice!
