I fell for the Macy's scheme and it has been nearly a month and I haven't received my package yet. I paid them but they can keep the money because they will need a job and some money when they eventually get put out of business. I have reported them to several fraud agencies.
Deception of name
Deception of name. Don’t fall for the Macy’s star! Never received my order! Just consider it a donation of your money to the company!! I would have given them 0 stars but it wasn’t an option!! Very disappointed.
This company is the worst
This company is the worst. I got in touch with them because I couldn't download my photos from Lapland, but they never got back to me. Then, when I got in touch again, they said they couldn't do anything because it had been over 45 days. They also won't issue a refund. All I wanted was my photos from the day, and not only could they not provide the service I paid for, but the "Customer Support" agent was so dismissive and unhelpful. I wish I could give them less than one star. Horrible.
Terrible Service
Echoing what other reviews say, this company repeatedly ask the same question in their reply , "What is you issue?!"
When I clearly stated my photos are watermarked, I paid my money for this unlimited pass which wasn't cheap and can't access my photos without these marks.
I have requested a refund as they don't seem to understand what the issue is as they asked me once again what is my issue and I have sent them attachments of my photos and my reference number of purchase, so it seems very straight forward to me unless the emails are being read by an automated robot?
It's frustrating, When for not too much more I could of got my photos printed on the day.
Please do not but an unlimited photo pass when you visit a theme park ,I had bought one
previously and it was okay and I was able to download and view them straight away but on this occasion I have spent £25 for a few photos I now can't use.
There is no one who understands who can help.
I think when you buy these passes on the theme park website you think you are buying through them but it's actually a third party you're buying from and they have no contact phone number, if it works straight away, great- But if not you have wasted your money - Buy a couple of prints on your visit and save the stress, You will then have great memories of your day out.

DO NOT ORDER from this company! No photo arrived, then they said they cannot locate it and to cut a very long story short, they only answer your emails every couple of days and just keep asking the same questions over and over. I have now sent 9 emails and still do not have my photo or a refund! I can only guess they hope I will give up. Disgraceful service!
Had issues with my photos for Universal…
Had issues with my photos for Universal Unleashed. Chyanne was able to help me very quickly to find my photos from the event. I was really surprised and very satisfied with the service I received.
Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with. Everything is through email. No live reps to talk to. After weeks of back and fourth and a single email response every day or two, they offered to refund me and asked for ALL of my banking information for a bank transfer plus tons of personnal information not needed. Basically everything to steal my identity. Completely illegal! And my issue is still not resolved, nor are any of my theme park photos useable! After paying for photos we previewed they added ugly and bulky decorative boarders that covered half of our faces. This company is the worst! Do not support them!
Never say never retrievable
We visited Legoland Carlsbad (close to San Diego) and got a one-day pass. At the end of the day we sa all our photos and and paid for. Back home we had no way to access our photos, the provided QR code was wrong. We got in touch with Chayanne then. It took several days, though she could retrieve all the pictures ! Thanks to her

Great customer care
I had issues with downloading photos and videos from a theme park day out. Chyanne emailed me daily for any information she needed to help resolve the issue. She managed to add all our photos and videos. I'm so grateful for Chyanne helping us keep those memories of a lovely family day out.
Unable to retrieve Legoland photos…
Was unable to retrieve Legoland photos so I sent email and got a response within a week. Chyanne managed to retrieve the photos quickly and upload to the account for download. TIP: Make sure you take photos of the Ride photos so the yellow code is showing in top left corner.

worse experience with their app. which is slow and buggy and did not worked ad promised. So I ended up with NO pics at all! all I got just watermarked useless snapshots... you really ruined some fun part... shame on you for selling this crap
Won't respond to refund requests for product that won't work
I have an issue with a photo pass I bought online. It's not linking to my account, all my photos disappeared without any downloads. I haven't been able to use it and I'd like a refund. I have been trying by chat, email, and phone to obtain a refund since July 18 th and every single person I talk to, sends me to someone else, who sends me to someone else, who sends me to someone else. And now people are just closing my requests with NO RESPONSE. POMVOM said Six Flags New England had to handle the refund. Six Flags New England said Six Flags National had to issue the refund. And Six Flags National said POMVOM had to issue the refund. SO I HAVE COME FULL CIRCE WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND NO HELP. This experience has been the worst customer service experience of my life.
Problem Solved!!
I had an issue after purchasing the rights to all the photos of a recent trip to the STL Aquarium from their photographer. I was frustrated that after scanning QR code, I still could not download the photos (there wasn’t any download option) without the watermark. With all the back and forth emails with Chyanne (she was trying her best because she read my frustration with it all), I was about to “chalk” this up as a loss. BUT, she saved the day!! Chyanne found a solution to the problem and came through for me! I cannot THANK her enough for sending these pictures of us with two of our granddaughters who had the best time at the aquarium that day! Chyanne is a complete ROCK STAR in my book! 📸🤘🏼⭐️ Thanks a bunch Chyanne (I sure hope you get a raise you deserve sister!) Diana C.
Couldn’t download our photos.
We had a problem downloading our photos ( after we had paid for them) and contacting Pomvom. The matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently today and was resolved by Chyanne. We appreciated her help and the speed with which the matter was resolved. Thanks
Cannot believe how unhelpful they are…
Cannot believe how unhelpful they are when we all know photos just don’t delete and are backed up and live on servers, they just need to be a little more helpful and understanding.
They never answer or call back
They never answer or call back. I was charged for 3 videos and only received 1. And there is no way to reach customer service when you call either. I left multiple voicemails for Nichole at ext 0 and she never returns voicemails, and if you wait on hold you will be waiting for over 30 min just to be hung up on, over and over. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU ARE STILL WHERE THE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN.
Lost Digital Images for Download
I thought that we had lost our digital memories for good due to an error in the system when I bought the photo package. Thankfully, Chyanne was at the rescue and managed to restore the order by going back through all the images! I was then able to download via a new link. Thank you once again.
