Harry potter…

We bought a package from Harry potter and were given a qr code to view. This qr code didbt work so we emailed to find out why. Chyanne took on our query and every day kept us updated. We had to provide different information and give descriptions but Chyanne took all of this info and went over and above searching the systems to find our images. They first of all uploaded the Images to our qr code but this didn't work so they they then sent another direct link for us to view. Memories saved thank you Chyanne

Chyanne was very helpful in getting my images. The fact is that I am a tourist from Russia and I did not receive a verification code on my Russian number. Thanks to the support of an employee, I was able to download the photographs that I took at Rockefeller Center on the last day of their storage! I am very happy!

Have emailed this company 5 times now…

Have emailed this company 5 times now about the same issue and have only ever received one response which did not resolve my issue. Extremely fed up continually emailing them and not getting any reply.

Avoid buying Thorpe Park photo's as this is the company that supplies them and when the camera's are broken and you don't get pictures it makes it an incredibly poor experience.
