My son got a photo pass at Thorpe and didn't get any pictures. I emailed and asked why. I had the most helpful customer service agent, TIRATH. Tirath couldn't be more helpful. Went above and beyond to help my son get his photos. With only arrival and departure time, description of my son and the rides he went on, tirath managed to find all the photos of my son. Top customer service from this agent I was very impressed!! Many thanks tirath!!!

I have contacted Pomvom twice via the ‘contact us’ form regarding watermarked photographs that I purchased at Lapland UK. Both times I have received a response stating ‘Your ticket has been closed with no response’

What the actual….?!!!! I don’t think customer service can get any worse than that? And if I could give 0 stars for my experience, I would.

No other way to contact Pomvom.

Tirath was extremely helpful. I was so concerned our photos were lost, but he managed to get it sorted so I could purchase them and download them.

Company member Jackson was able to reply quickly and track down what I needed.

I recently had a day out at the London Eye, but neglected to order souvenir photos and afterwards changed my mind. I contacted Pomvom and was assisted by the excellent Chyanne who was friendly and helpful and able to supply me digital copies of my souvenir photos after searching through their archives. Very quick turnaround and I was very happy to have some memories to the day. A very efficient service provided by Pomvom
