No podía descargarme una foto de PortAventura y me ayudaron a conseguirlo rápidamente (gracias por tu atención, Tirath!!). Incluso me mandaban recordatorios para aportar lo que necesitaban para conseguir mi foto y que estaba pendiente por mi parte El servicio prestado ha sido fenomenal!

I missed a photo code at Drayton Manor Theme Park but thanks to Chyanne and her amazing service the photo was found. My daughter couldn't be happier!

I'm giving 3 stars because of the quality of the photos, I was expecting some bigger and better quality of the photos. Been weeks since out visit to Alton towers who directed us to this company to unlock the photos for a photo pass that refused to link. I’ve never had any issues in previous years and now this company won’t reply and it’s been over a week. Alton towers have also been incredibly unhelpful just washing their hands of it. It’s terrible when we go to AT annually as a huge group just to be fobbed off like this

I needed access to my Thorpe Park pictures after I paid for a digital pass at the end of the day and didn't realise they are only available for 2 hours. Tirath was very helpful and found all my pictures from the day for me! Very happy - thanks again Tirath :)

We recently visited NYC and got photos at Top of the Rock. Upon returning home to Ireland I tried to download the photos and I wasn't able to. I contacted customer support and was helped by Tirath throughout. Tirath provided me with excellent assistance and resolved my issue and sent all my photos back to me by email. Thanks so much once again

Paid £25 for a photo package at Legoland, left with nothing as printer broken and the young lad on the desk was struggling with the equipment. Was told to bring receipt to another desk, but they couldn’t print it out because we hadn’t been given the number of the photo. We were offered a different photo but this wasnt the one we had paid for so declined. So I asked for a refund and was refused under their terms and conditions. Total rip off, paid £25 for a product and left with nothing. Staff couldn’t have cared less and were very abrupt. Have contacted you Pomvom and all I have received is a “ticket closed” reply when it hasn’t been resolved at all. You have £25 of my money. NOT HAPPY! If you visit Legoland AVOID POMVOM and take your own photos!

In general I think they have to work on their feedback time as a company, however Chyanne was super helpful.

Chyanne Stewart was able to find our missing video quickly. We are so appreciative! We were worried it was lost forever but Chyanne found it and made my daughter (and I) very happy!!

We took photos at Madame Tussauds in London, but when we later tried to access the photos using the QR code, it didn't work. After I sent an email, Chyanne helped us and uploaded the photos to our ID. An excellent and fast service. We were very satisfied.

Many thanks to Chyanne Stewart! She sent us the missing videos and fotos as we lost our code for downloading them.

Olly did a phenomenal job with getting our pictures and videos loaded back to our account! Thank you for preserving our family memories.

Awful customer service. I've emailed twice regarding some missing images from our trip to Alton Towers. My cousin has also emailed twice about the same images. It's been a week and there's no response. There's no other way to contact them (no social media page, no phone number)so all you can do is email and wait. I've been directly to Alton Towers who have been incredibly unhelpful and have told us 'we will just have to wait for a reply'.

Olly was helpful with my questions and able to recover my photos quickly.

Big Thanks to Chyanne Stewart who helped me find some list photo's for Legoland. it might not sound like much, but Chyanne was super helpful and very quickly came back with an updated link with all the photo's and memories on. It was a special trip and so please we have the memories back!!

Tirath was really helpful finding some lost photos from a trip to Alton Towers! Made navigating a complicated system really easy and ensured we didn’t lose our photos!
