After a visit to portaventura world in Spain our group purchased a photo package. We did it late in the day and realised when we got back photos were missing.
I emailed the support email but just assumed we’d never be able to recover the photos.
Chyanne sent me the images. I am very grateful for her friendly professional help. Very good customer service. 5/5

Thank you for resolving my ticket (86543): unfortunately we couldn't have access to download our pics & vids from Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studios, but the staff was extremely professional and solve the issue in no time. Thank you, Chyanne Stewart for your full support, you're the best :)

The Advisor Tirath was really helpful in finding my photos and was very prompt and quick and made my experience a positive one throughout.

The tickets I purchased at the park for the media content were unavailable when I returned home from Florida to Maryland. However, after speaking Chyanne Stewart, She took care of my problem quickly. Her customer service was fast and most importantly, genuinely delight to take care of my issue. Above 6-star customer service.

Was able to access most photos in the end.

Absolute rip off.

Paid £20 in advance for unlimited photos at Thorpe Park as part of a birthday day out. Cannot access any without paying another £20!
Got in touch with Thorpe Park who bounced me to vompom.com. No reply at all. Soured what was otherwise a really good day out at an awesome park.

We thouthgt, that we've got lost our Fotos from our amazing trip to Heidepark forever.
But suddenly, after two months Chyanne Stewart was mailing us and helped us to get our missed family-souvenirs back.
I can only agree the review from one user before:

My husband and I had our photos taken at One World Observation Deck. I bought the photos because very difficult to view with air mark. The photos are horrible. Green screen did not work well with whatever my husband was wearing. He is transparent in them. I want my $30 back. I have purchased many photos at attractions I have visited and never experienced this. All I am getting is a sorry we can't edit them. And they are taking no responsibility with this disclaimer: As stipulated in our terms and conditions - Photo quality can be affected by environmental and technical factors. Pomvom accepts no liability where this is the case.

All my photos from Thorpe park are watermarked, emailed customer services twice, never had a reply and that’s been nearly 2 weeks.

Although I waited a month for someone to acknowledge my request, once Tirath contacted me they were quickly and efficiently able to resolve my problem and upload my photos for. Thank you Tirath!

Would give no stars if could!!!

Sent email a day after our visit to Harry Potter Studios, as the video of my son riding the broomstick was not downloading from the qrcode.

Visit was on the 13th Aug, Email sent on the 14th Aug, no response so I sent another email on the 1st Sept, still no response until the 15th Sept when I was told nothing can be done as this is now past 30 days and photos and videos are deleted after 30 days. Refund offered but that doesn’t make up for the memories lost.

Seems suspicious that an email reply was surprisingly sent just after the 30
Days when everything gets deleted!!

How do you tell my 8year old that we don’t have the video memory that we paid for, from an already expensive day out, it’s not like we can just go and do it all again at Harry Potter Studios!!
Bring back when the studios gave the video out on a USB stick!!

I had a lot of difficult issues regarding my problem. Papers, apps, dates, receipts. it was difficult. Yet the Customer Service agent called Chyanne Stewart helped me overcome each obstacle step by step and with a lot of patience. Made the entire experience a joy. Great people!!

I had an issue and was not able to retrieve my digital media. I contacted Technical Support and was assisted by Tirath and was then able to access and retrieve my digital media. Thank you!

The matter has been resolved and I have received the photos. Unfortunately, it took a very long time.

Great that we can have access to all the photos on the rides we go on. Had a problem with getting all the photos but Roseline was a superstar and got all our photos for us. Thanks

We visited Alton Towers a month ago for my son’s birthday but we had lost all of his photos. Chyanne was fantastic and went above and beyond to retrieve the missing media. Even though it had been a month since our visit, I was so happy that Chyanne was able to find all the missing photos.
