I went to Alton Towers with my friends and ended up messing up about the pictures. I did not activate my unlimited picture pass at the kiosk while there so I could not collect them after I left until Tirath managed to help my locate them and added then to my gallery remotely.

We lost our photos after deleting the Alton Towers app (entirely our fault). Pomvom were great and were able to recover our photos using the original QR code. The person we dealt with was Tirath, who was really helpful and explained how to download the photos. Made our day!

He was getting back to me so quickly and carefully considering my request.
He's name is Tiath,customer supporter.
I couldn't get any other information about him. Can you identify Tiath just by name? Please contact me with any other information you need.
Anyway, thanks to him, I will never forget my best memories.

I was extremely disappointed with the delay in my support ticket being looked at - over 3 weeks! When I eventually got a response however, the support agent Tirath was very helpful and fixed my problem quickly with minimal issue.

Great support for an issue which was resolved promptly by Roseline who is a credit to that establishment. Once again thank you for your help it’s dearly appreciated.

Hi! I was the recipient of amazing customer support from Customer Service representative Tirath from Pomvom. I have to share that I made an inquiry to find photos taken during our stay at Lego Land, and Tirath persisted tremendously to find those pictures. It was no easy task as I made errors on the date I visited, then updated the dates, she persisted again to find those pics which meant a lot to me and my daughter. She did it!! Today im smiling not just because of the pictures received but that it is felt that her 'customer service character' goes beyond. Thank you Tirath!!

We had a situation where we couldn't get all our photos from our Chessington World Of Adventures holiday sent to my mobile device, due to technical issues.
When we arrive home I contacted Customer Service to see if they could retrieve the photos we were missing.

I sent an email to Tirath in the Customer Service team and he was an Amazing help, within a few emailed he had retrieved all the photos we were missing from our holiday, Great job.

Tirath was a pleasure to deal with, he was very helpful, courteous and you could tell he was a kind person just in the way the email were written.

Overall a great experience and the situation was solved rapidly.

Had to wait for a teply for a good Month or so but once i was contacted by Tirath, my customer service was faultless. Mybissue was resolved very quickly and i now have my missing photo of my sons 1st rollercoaster ride. So thank you Tirath for all your hard work im very grateful.

I've been trying to contact these for over a week to sort out a problem with the Alton Towers digital pass. I purchased the pass but the photos are still watermarked in the app. No response from Pomvom whatsoever. Feels like they've just taken the money and run. I guess I'll never be getting those photos...

Tirath was great! My query was solved within one email. Took a while to get the initial reply but it was super quick and easy once I did. Thank you!

Tirath was absolutely fantastic, we couldn't locate where to get the ikon photo reference from on the day and didn't have time to go through customer services as we were booked in at the tower. I had the digital photo pass but by the time I arrived home all details were lost. Tirath worked magic and actually found the photo and emailed to us. This absolutely completed our memories of the day as we live in Devon so visiting is a big event.

Atrocious customer service and a product that is not fit for purpose. It's been 2 weeks and no one has replied to me. I've chased and nothing. Feel like they have stolen my money and also some lovely memories that we are unable to savour due to resort staff not knowing how the product works correctly.

Edited to add that the day after posting this review they sorted the problem out for me and I now have the pictures. I've given them another star. I'm still not impressed though. It shouldn't have to come down to posting a scathing review to get something done.
