DO NOT USE POM VOM DAY PHOTO PASS

I visited legoland windsor on the 28th June.
At arrival to the park a member of staff approached me and asked if I would like to purchase a day photo pass for £20. This will allow me to receive all the photos of my family that are taken on rides.

By the end of the day not 1 ride we went on caught any photos of me and my family.
I went back to Guest services for a refund but they told me I have to email Pom Vom support.

I emailed Pom Vom support and provided them with all my proof of purchases and explained my issue.
Pom Vom customer service got back to me and said they have passed my refund to the accounts team to process.

It is now over a month late and I still have not received my refund. I chased up customer service to which I received an identical reply to the last reponse which is that it has been passed to accounts to process.

This whole process has been long winded, ridiculous and frustrating just to refund a customer £20.

I advise everyone NOT to use their day photo pass!

Duplicate payment taken

Duplicate payment taken. Told has been passed to refund department. Yet no refund. £25 may not be a lot to some people, but to others, it is. Will not be using the online service again. Seems convenient, but is not worth the hassle it then causes.

An error with the card payment meant…

An error with the card payment meant that we were charged twice for a photo. They confirmed the error and that I would be refunded but it has been 2 months now and the refund has still not been processed.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Visited Drayton manor. Upsold into their £25 unlimited photos package. It rained. A lot. Fortunately I had purchased the ‘rainy day’ insurance. We tried to endure but it was beyond wet and cold so called it a day. So we have some new tickets for a second visit. Drayton manor have been good. But pomvom, decided not to be so fair, this ‘unlimited’ pass was purchased on the understanding I would get to use it throughout the course of the day. But we’re unable to do so. So we ended up with “four” photos from two rides, essentially two photos... to make things worse, they then wasted valuable time on comms over the course of a week, back and forth emails with something that could have been answered with a ‘our t&c’s say no refunds’. Despite me being very clear from the outset that i was seeking a renewal for our second visit. Poor handling of the situation and I’ll be sure to never part with my monies again out of principle. The day these terrible outfits fail will be a better day for all.

Above and beyond!

We had duplicate photos printed accidentally. I didn’t realise until we returned home. Our 6 year old grandson was really disappointed as they were for his school project about London.
Chyanne went above and beyond to find the photos and send them to me for him. I must admit I hadn’t held out much hope of getting them. Thank you so much!

Extremely helpful

Within 24 hours of receiving my request Chyanne resolved my issue. She recovered all of my media and truly saved the day for me. I was worried that I would never see those memories again, but she was so kind and helpful and took care of everything.

They took 2 payments

They took 2 payments. I showed them proof of this and they said they’d send my money back within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I’ve still had zero money back and zero damns are given, I kept getting told to wait and now no communication at all. I’ll have to raise a dispute with the bank and certainly won’t be using them again. (Used at Butlin’s)

Got some photos taken at top of the…

Got some photos taken at top of the rock in new york, for some reason the card for the digital photos didn't work, got back in touch and spoke to Chyanne, she was great. Chyanne found our photos and emailed them to us. Thanks for all your help Chyanne 5*.

A special thank for Chyanne!

I come from Taiwan. My family and I have looked forward to visiting Harry Potter Studio for several months! When we visited there, we were all astonished by all the things there! We also took photos to simulate a witch riding on a broom. But after we left the studio, we found there were some pictures missing from the qrcode link that was given by the photo staff. Fortunately, one of the staff members, Chyanne, did us a big favor. Through email, she helped us a lot to deal with the photo issue. And thank goodness, after her help, we got all the photos we took! My families all appreciate what she has done for us! Because of this, I don’t think there is a pity in this journey! It’s brilliant and fantastic!! Thank you again, Chyanne!
