I was having issue accessing Photos taken at the London aquarium due to my QR code. They were only family photos taken and I was desperate to get access. Chyanne helped me from the start, An absolute blessing to your team - Really incredible customer service!

Visited LaplandUK December 9th and had difficulty downloading our photos. Due to unforeseen circumstances we reached out past the time. Told nothing they can do, even though there was a fault their end! Have no access or photos of the day.

Awful service and would not recommend using them

Having lost my QR code from my trip to Lapland UK Chyanne was amazing and was able to assist in finding my photos and getting them too me. She was also really quick to do so.

We got pictures from our visit to Top of the Rock. When the pictures were delivered, they were very low quality, both based on resolution and size of the pictures. We were planning on blowing these up for larger prints. For the $40 spent on the pictures, I would've expected much better quality.

Additionally, their customer service was very unhelpful. Would definitely not recommend getting pictures at Top of the Rock or anywhere this company operates!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. THE WEBSITE SAYS KEEP YOUR PHOTOS FOREVER AND THEY DELETE THEM AFTER 45 DAYS.

I went chessington for 2 days and purchased photos on both the 29th and 30th ,

Got home and all the photos I’d saved to my phone via the code had all disappeared ( for both days )
I still have the QR coded ticket for both days but they are claiming they can’t find my photos with them. Asking me for exact times I was on each ride. I didn’t take note of the exact times I went onto each ride. That would be impossible.
I want my £50 back !

Scam. Unmanned kiosk and wrong pictures displaying. Refuse to refund.

They are useless, the app they manage they will show your pictures there and when you pay for the pass, they will disappear and they will say they cannot do anything about it and just keep closing any ticket you open asking to reply if anything else is needed. 48 messages later I am yet to receive any other answer and they kept my £25. They are the worse type of scammers and they deserve hell on earth

This company is no help what so ever. My brother came over from America who I haven’t seen for 7 years to the uk. We visited Alton Towers and purchased the unlimited photo pass. Majority of the QR codes didn’t work, the staff weren’t helpful and rude plus I’ve emailed Pomvom several times now since 9th July till now, who promised me to get my photos. Still I have nothing and I’ve requested a refund and I’m being ignored.

After not being able to retrieve my photos from trip of the Rock NY I complained to the company.
This morning I received an apology and photo from Chayanne at Pom vom. Thank you so much

This company has agreed to give me a refund and now keep saying there is an issue with their accounts department.

A luglio ho visitato gli Harry Potter Studios vicino a Londra e avevo prenotato la possibilità per i mei figli di registrare una scena video sulle Scope volanti.
Al pagamento mi consegnano un QR code per scaricare i video dicendomi di fare pure con calma: ho 90 giorni di tempo.
Al termine dell'estate, tornato a casa cerco di scaricare i miei contenuti e scopro che ad agosto Pomvom ha deciso di cambiare la politica di cancellazione dei dati: da 90 a 45 giorni.
Ovviamente non essendo già loro cliente non ho ricevuto nessun tipo di avviso su tutto questo, e soprattutto scopro che la modifica è RETROATTIVA.
Morale: video persi per sempre e irrecuperabili. Resto senza parole su come una azienda di queste dimensioni possa scaricare senza ritegno tutto il peso di una azione del genere sul cliente finale.
Sicuramente cercherò di non avere mai più nulla a che fare con loro. (ah ovviamente mi hanno offerto un rimborso, ma la faccia con i miei figli di dire che il loro video è andato perso ce la dovrò mettere io...)

I had a problem that my pictures were not available to download.
Chyanne from pomvom, we very responsive and helped me through the process and eventually she was able to recover my photos!

I purchased a deluxe package at WB Hollywood of my kids on the HP and Batman sets. The receipts said the images are available to download for 90 days. I tried on day 88-89 (and yes I checked this with a date calculator) to have the QR code nor receipt Not work. I sent everything into Pom Vom and received an email the following morning saying it was Past 90 days (apparently their staff can’t program or count correctly) and therefore my images are gone, earlier than my receipt stated. I am extremely disappointed as this was a once in a lifetime experience for us and $135! All I can do now is pursue a refund from my CC company and report them to consumer protection. Way to sour a fun experience. I will be sure to ask if this is the company any venue uses before purchasing another set of digital images & will not waste my money if so. Ridiculous their customer support team doesn’t have the ability to utilize or read a date calculator!

Chyanne was absolutely amazing! I couldn't get pictures and wasn't even sure of the exact number and she worked magic and got them for me. It was a memorable day so I'm glad I was able to get the pictures I thought I had lost.

My daughter did the flying experience at WB studios of Harry Potter in London. Unfortunately she lost the QR code and forgot about it. More than two months later she remembered… I contacted PomVom and after giving them all the information necessary, Chayanne was able to find our content. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Always thought it was a very long shot. One million times, thank you so much for going above and beyond. We loved the content!

Visited Chessington, bought the photo pass yet some rides had no photos available. So not great value for money. Be careful, the company has a clause in their T's & C's that stipulates if a ride camera is not working tough luck basically. Nice! Here it is:

What a pathetic service and hugely underhand selling a service that they can renege on as they feel fit.
