This company does not know the meaning of customer service. Placed an order 17 days ago, payment taken immediately but item still not received. Sent them 2 emails last week which have been ignored.Tried telephoning multiple times but the phone is never answered.I have never dealt with a company that treats it's customers with such contempt. Wish I had ordered from Fantasie, I would rather pay full price for goods that I actually receive than a discounted price for goods I don't. Will certainly never deal with them again.

This company is appalling and I would never buy from them again. They are dishonest as well. I mistakenly sent them a payment via PayPal when I had only intended to message them about an order. They have ignored all my messages and are holding on to money that doesn't belong to them. Avoid at all costs.

Yet again this company has submitted a reply which is incorrect. Please read my message just sent to you via PayPal.

I think you will find that I have escalated this case with PayPal. I have just been speaking to them on the phone and uploaded a copy of my bank statement and they agreed with me that you have received two payments from me, one sent to you on 12 July in relation to my order and which your company confirmed via email sent on same date and paid by debit card, also confirmed by your company in the email and a 2nd payment made in error sent to you via PayPal on 18 July, which is the payment I am disputing and want refunded. I fail to understand how your accounts reconcile when there are two payments from me and only one order! Do the decent thing and refund me the payment sent in error on 18 July.

It seems that I have had a similar experience to many other reviewers on here, and wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.
I ordered two bras on 3rd July. On the 10th July, I got an email saying one of the bras had been shipped - no tracking number given. I emailed them on the 15th July and two days later got another email for shipment identical to the one on the 10th. I emailed them again - no response.
Looks like I will have have to resort to paypal to retrieve my money.
Absolutely awful customer service. AVOID this company.

Ordered and paid for my purchase, I have written 3 times asking for confirmation of my order. Terrible customer service, no one answers telephone fed up l, still waiting for a reply as to when my order will be delivered. Don’t order on line from this company. Avoid!!

Still not received my order when questioned it's in its way would never deal with this company again 2 weeks on and have taken my money and no goods received

Have to say I'm very pleasantly surprised. My order has arrived on time which after reading other reviews I was a bit wary. I was initially ordering swimwear from a well known site for ladies that need a bigger cup size then I saw the exact same items on this site for literally half the price. I can only comment on the experience I've had with this company and it's 100% positive.

Ordered my bra and received confirmation straight away. On a whim decided to check trust pilot and my heart sank. The reviews were not great. However I can safely say I received nothing but great service. Bra was delivered quickly and was a great price. I am happy and would have no hesitation in ordering again. X

I have ordered 3 items from this company and had nothing but excellent service. I will continue to use them and based on my experience I would recommend them

Terrible service, wish I’d read the reviews before being suckered in by the low price. The product I’d ordered had in fact been discontinued (although it is still advertised as available on their website today, in a full range of sizes), emails take days to be responded to. The company claim they offered an alternative within the stated 7 days that should be allowed for dispatch, however it is strange that that email is the only one from them that has gone astray. Hopefully my refund will be processed quicker than the emails/order were.

Bra was lovely and great price also well packages . Sadly, it took three weeks to arrive and I did not have it (as I had planned) it for a wedding I was going too.

Wish I'd read everyone's reviews- they take oayment, you sit around for weeks, then just an email saying they've refunded your order because they don't have it.
Royal waste of time- AVOID

I placed an order on the 19th April (it's now the 28th). I've had absolutely no updates and am now on my second email. Happy to take payment for items they don't have. Now hoping the refund will be a little quicker than this ridiculous delay. I note that the mail I recieved after buying the item says if you don't chase within 30 days you forfeit any redress. It seems very poor service that they are expecting customers to have to chase items that are never dispatched at all! Just wish I'd checked the reviews before buying.

Watch out if ordering from Ireland! I placed an order hoping I'd receive it before my holidays. Thought a week was more than enough time. No mention/warning re customs charge(€16 on top of a €50 order) . By the time i got back from hols the parcel was being returned to sender and I am being charged (whenever they get the parcel). Their response to flagging this issue was basically that i should read their T&C's😕. No wonder they have so many 1 stars.

Placed an order and after few days with no update I emailed for an update twice, no response. Eventually got an email saying that order had been shipped (no tracking number provided) now I don't know where my order is and they can't be reached on the telephone. Very disappointed as I had intended to have these items brought over to me abroad via relative who has since left. Their pricing is competitive but I don't think I'll shop with them again owing to the poor customer service.

July 21st 2025, updating this post as I’ve just read the response from poinsettia style. My review was absolutely genuine. There was no attempt made by the poinsettia team regarding my order. My order eventually arrived close to 21/2 weeks after my order.l was placed. Very unsatisfactory service all round. I haven’t shopped there since.

Trustpilot you should provide the option to directly respond to vendors response.

I placed order and after few days with no update I went to Google to check reviews.i was bit sad I didn't read them before placing the order and didn't know what to expect. But after 7days from ordering I had email about order on the way, ( will be nice if tracking number will be provided but it wasn't) and today parcel arrived. All correct, sizes I ordered. So I am happy there was no complications.

Charged a further 25.00 on delivery for tax! Would never use these charlatans again

They took my money without any ability to supply my goods & the items are still offered on the website. When ordering from the website the goods were offered for a competitive price, with free postage in the UK. So they took my order & money £120. Confirmed the order. Then nothing. I chased them by email after 5 days & had a poor response just sending an out of date link telling me how long dispatch & postage was due to high demand. After 7 working days I asked if they were able to supply my goods. I simply had a notice of refund from my payment banking system.

Utterly terrible. I have been emailing support for days as they have said to. It is 13 days after I got my one and only thanks for your order email and 22 days after they took £81 from my bank account. No items have turned up and no response whatsoever to any of my emails sent to query the lack of my items turning up let alone telling me what they are doing about it or a full refund as requested. Ignore any replies here from them to say people are leaving fake reviews. This is very real. Avoid this company. They will be being reported for fraud next. If you know you cannot fulfil an order and send it out within 7 days, just do not take people's money. It is literally theft at this point.

Ordered two items. The price was competitive.
Eventually received only one of the items as the other was out of stock. I’m wondering whether the delay was because of this.
However, I was automatically refunded for the out of stock item and the other item arrived albeit after nearly two weeks. Did not get a personal response from my email but still happy with purchase so 4 stars.
