Disgusting customer service and used item sent

** Edited after reply, the item arrived and I emailed within about 20 minutes to complain, this 7 days is a lie. So I will be taking this further, you cannot run a business, failing to provide clean unused items then call the customer a liar when you cannot tell the truth.

I ordered two bras from this company which took over two weeks to arrive. When they finally did, one of them was clearly worn and dirty, absolutely unacceptable for a full-price item. I took photos and contacted customer service right away.

Instead of apologising or resolving the issue, they accused me of lying and claimed I had worn the item myself. I’m absolutely furious and deeply upset. I am not a liar, and being treated like one over a faulty item is beyond insulting.

I paid over £30 per bra and expected better quality and service. With everything going on in my life, the last thing I needed was this added stress and disrespect.

This item sent to you was brand new from the manufacturer with all tags attached. All orders are checked by 2 team members, I myself packaged this bra. This defamatory review will be flagged.

The order of 2 items was dispatched promptly and inline with our current expected dispatch and delivery timeline which is transparent and available to review online prior to purchase. There was no shipping delay.

More than 7 days after you accepted delivery to your address you sent photos of an item which had clearly been worn - caked in filth, straps adjusted with no tags attached- and requested a free post return for this item as well as a free return for the 2nd item - same style and size in a different colour which you noted you have not yet worn.

We will happily accept a return of any unworn items however as you have clearly worn the item photographed it is no longer eligible for refund inline with UK consumer contracts regulations. If the items do not fit they need to be returned prior to being worn.

Happy with my order

Item as shown in the website, arrived in a week or so but I didn't mind. Initially I was a bit worried because of the reviews, but personally I had no issues. Everything great!

Great Bras!

Well I have just read the reviews before writing my review.

Have had no problems with any of my orders from Poinsetta.

They gave me what I wanted and also the Bras were on sale which was a bonus.

I will definitely order again. I was so pleased with my orders that I recommended my friend and she has had no problems

Was worried after reading reviews that…

Was worried after reading reviews that my order wouldn’t arrive, however arrived within the 5-7 working days as stated on the website. So if you need quick delivery then you need to take this into consideration. Great products, the fantasie fusion is £10 cheaper than big department stores. Also feels great supporting a localish Glasgow business. Would recommend

PoinsettiaStyle UK Order

I live in Melbourne, Australia. I placed an order with Poinsettia Style UK.
The order was delivered this week. Very well packaged and as ordered.
International Tracking was provided.
I would like to say a big thank you to Vikki who responded to my emails in a polite and professional manner. Always lovely to deal with great people and good companies from around the world. 😊

Bargain elomi bras

Was wary when I saw the reviews, but no need to worry! The price of the elomi cate was fantastic, so couldn't resist getting one at such a great price. Had a confirmation email straight after the order, and the item arrived within a week. Will be ordering another one now - free postage a bonus too.

I should have read the reviews before ordering….

I placed an order on 10th March and immediately received a confirmation and order number via Shopify. 7 working days later (as per their instruction on the confirmation) I emailed asking for an update on the status of my order.
24 hours later I am informed by Vikki that “ A message was sent at purchase letting you know that this order was delayed with a current expected dispatch of late March and asking how you would like to proceed, I do apologise if this has landed in your junk box”.
Needless to say I hadn’t received any such message. I expressed concern that I hadn’t received the message and requested a copy. Vikki’s prompt response: “To avoid any further concern I have gone ahead and refunded this for you now.”… “ The original message was sent via our Shopify back end system and can only be sent as a new message which would be dated today. Apologies if this has been marked by your email provider as spam”.
Reading back on other reviews this excuse has been used before so this company would be well aware that such a message system is unreliable, if indeed a message had been sent via Shopify at all???? Very quick to cancel the order, and a mildly sarcastic email, I can only assume that this company does not require any online business as it certainly isn’t customer focussed. I won’t use them again.

Emails going to a spam folder, Gmail in your case, is the result of the email host server configurations. Unfortunately, this is not something we can control, however messages sent via Shopify can occasionally be marked as spam.

We did respond to your email query quickly and refunded the order in full to ease any concern you had regarding the missing order.

Great service, speedy delivery, reasonable prices

Was really wary about using this company after reading the reviews. But the price was just too good to ignore for x2 Elomi bras. I ordered on a credit card for safety, and took a chance. I'm thrilled!! Beautiful bras delivered well packaged in a few days. Thank you 😊

Excellent service

I was worried about my order after reading these reviews but everything went well. I noticed that my address was incomplete so I emailed to get it amended, I received a response in less than 24 hours and my address was updated and parcel shipped. Sadly it didn’t fit so was returned and a replacement one ordered. Refund arrived as quick as the replacement bra.

Orders a bra which never arrived

Orders a bra which never arrived, was refunded without explanation. Tried to contact via instagram only to be ignored. Reading the rude reply’s to people’s complaints below tells me all I need to know.

customer service is sarcastic & terrible…

Bra is great but the customer service is terrible I tried to help and give them some useful advice as their delivery service was a bit shambolic, in response I got sarcastic emails. After that whenver I asked a question e.g. have you received the returns, she refused to answer. The email she wrote took her longer than it would have taken for her to actually check if it had arrived! With this company the customer appears to always be wrong!

If you have a problem with the Royal Mail service you contracted to send a return to us I would recommend you contact Royal Mail customer service.

As noted transparently online and inline with UK consumer contracts regulations returns are processed within 14 days of delivery. I can confirm yours was processed much more quickly than this.

Your response to our email ( which we have been sending to customers for 10 years with no issue) was unexpected and defensive. We politely explained we can not search through hundreds of return packages to locate yours and that you would benefit from check your Royal Mail tracking. We are unsure why this made you so unhappy, it's quick and easy to do online as the sender.

SCAM

Placed an order on September 22nd, got a confirmation email the same day and my card was charged, but the order still hasn't shipped today OVER A MONTH since I placed it.
Tried to email their support twice, but still no response.
DON'T BUY HERE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY

Edit Oct29th:
Amazingly, I got a reply from their sales first thing Monday morning after posting this review, after they ignored me for over a month.
They claimed that they'd emailed me before from a different service and that it must've "ended up in spam" or something, but when I asked them to forward me these previous emails I got nothing.
They then said they'd "appreciate you amend the negative review, alternatively we will respond with all relevant information in our response."
Then they said the reason that my order hadn't shipped for over a month is because one of the items I ordered was "delayed", but when I asked what will be the possibilities to correct this, they just responded with: "As I can see you are unhappy, I have refunded this purchase in full to allow you to purchase from somewhere that better meets your shipping needs."
So basically, only shop here if you want to give them a loan for a few weeks, and then have to chase them to get it back.

This is incorrect.

We contacted you multiple times through our Shopify platform to which you did not reply. Your review alerted us to the ongoing order issue and a refund was issued immediately to avoid any further ongoing order issues.

Note this was an international order to Israel and additional shipping delays would be expected at this time.

Order perfect

Easy to order, item delivered 6 working days later and swimsuit exactly what I wanted. As many of the reviews state, there was no tracking number but all was fine. Thank you to Poinsettiastyle.

AVOID

If I could give no stars then I would. Customer Service is non existent. They have failed to reply to numerous emails. Have not refunded postage for the return of a faulty item. Sent wrong item and no response to emails.

Placed order 24 Aug, still hasn't shipped

Placed an order on 24 Aug, still hasn't shipped. Mailed them on 4 Sept, still no reply.
Fortunately purchased items on credit card so can go down that route but a hassle. I've used them a couple of years ago and they were fine but seem to have rapidly gone downhill
