There were a lot of things that were missed in the end of tenancy clean. Freezer wasn’t cleaned of standing water, the stove hob had grease on it, which as a result caused me to pay £240 for the letting agency end of tenancy clean on top of PNP service.

Do not try this service - you'll regret it.
The first time I posted here, I was asked to delete my post otherwise they will not provide a re-cleaning for our flat. (Ridiculous).
I booked PNP cleaning service for the end of tenancy cleaning.
Apparently this company is not able to take any _criticism_ and they won't admit anything. We had to ask for two recleaning due to the landlord's requirement. They did not reply fast via email and I had to make phone calls multiple times - and the first time was hung up by their employee! (Of course when I complained to them about this, they DID NOT admit it.)
The pictures I attached show the cleaners broke our curtain blind. (I even told the company we have witnesses in the flat too when it happened!) Our landlord asked us for a charge of £150. However, again, it was denied. The company refused to admit that the cleaners did this.
This is ridiculous, also they do a very bad cleaning job. We paid for carpet cleaning and it was not cleaned properly, and we need to pay an extra £150 for the carpet!!!!!
Anyways, the curtain thing is the most annoying to us, as it cost us a lot, and it shouldn't have.
