On time. No complaints from landlord. Very friendly

Please do not use this company. They were supposed to clean our bungalow prior to it being rented. They charged extra for jobs they did not complete. A boiler cupboard in the property was not cleaned at all. When I called, they said that it did not form part of the kitchen. The Boiler cupboard is located in the kitchen! Please steer clear.

I had an end of tenancy cleaning. Very humble, helping and hard working group of people arrived. The flat was so fresh after their work I wanted to stay there! Brilliant!

this is the worst service i have ever received. As they have charged us more than the standard fee, they suppose to deliver deep cleaning service for the end of tenancy. however our landlord charged us 20% of the deposit for the cleaning reasons. they do not even have working vehicle and therefore they couldn't bring heavy machine needed for deep cleaning (if they have any!). after we contacted them, they refused to stick to grantee and therefore no refund. we paid £280 for the cleaning but the landlord charged us double of that. next time ill pay slightly higher but using better companies. now i have paid around £800 to have end of tenancy cleaning service thanks to the poor service of PNP. simply avoid this company...

Absolutely brilliant clean - I never leave reviews normally but I had read some bad ones about Twinkle Clean which almost put me off booking them. I decided to go for it anyway and was not disappointed. The two person cleaning team were really professional, arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned every corner of the flat. I would definitely use them again.

Update: Contacted number given in review response and agreed on a 20% refund for the hassle and standard of cleaning provided.

Terrible experience - would have been more efficient to do the end of tenancy clean myself. Avoid at all costs.

These are the issues we faced:

- Cleaners did not speak english, had to phone their manager to translate
- Cleaning was done to a poor standard, the floors were not clean, the kitchen worktops were not clean, the kitchen cupboard doors were not clean, etc.
- The cleaning guarantee is made to sound like its a guarantee for any cleanliness issues raised by the landlord when vacating the property. Our landlord did find issues, we then raised these with PNPCleaning - we were then told the guarantee is that the cleaners attempted to clean every item on their checklist, not that it is cleaned to a satisfactory standard
- The email request for certain areas in the property to be re-cleaned to a satisfactory standard was ignored for over a week. One reply promised a formal response by the end of the working day, it never came.
- I challenged what the guarantee was good for, PNP then claimed the guarantee was void since there were possessions in the property that inhibited cleaning. These possessions were out on a balcony where the cleaners did not require access. Fabrication of facts to avoid doing work to a good standard.
- When I finally got to speak to Polina on the phone after a weeks worth of no response, she became rude and defensive, the email that then followed stated they would not clean the areas as they were the best that could be. I challenged and Polina finally agreed to have the areas re-cleaned. Unsurprisingly, the areas re-cleaned were notably better (so much for best they could be). Even after the re-clean we had to clean them ourselves to bring them to the landlords expected standard.

All in all a complete hassle, poor workmanship, poor customer relations. Don’t waste your time with PNPCleaning.

Absolutely do not book PNP Cleaning/Twinkle Clean. They are highly unprofessional. 1. They did an absolutely awful job, which was nowhere near a professional level of clean. Even after showing them the end of tenancy report which slams their cleaning standard, they refused to do offer a refund claiming the T&Cs state no refunds. I am happy to share the report with anybody who wants to see. 2. They were drinking alcohol on the job, leaving alcohol bottles behind. Being drunk on the job is not professional and it shows this company is in a bad way.
I never do reviews, but felt I had to warn people of them. STAY AWAY.

We have had a cleaner from PNP for over two years and would absolutely recommend them. Polina (manager) is always at hand if necessary and is very flexible if required.
We always have the same cleaner, who is absolutely lovely, and she does an excellent job.

Found PNP via online search. Initial interaction and pre-sales service was all good. Cleaners turned up on time and worked diligently. However, I paid extra to have window blinds cleaned but had to point out to the team that they had not been cleaned properly. Even worse, they didn't have any equipment to clean hard floors (wooden and tiled) so I had to clean these myself after they had finished.
The team actually arrived on public transport with all their kit in a suitcase, so they are limited with what they can bring and this proved to be inadequate for the job.
I wrote to PNP with photos to show the problem including the dirty floors I had to clean throughout the ground floor - no response at all from them despite me chasing.
Sadly based on the above I would not recommend.

I've no hesitation in recommending these guys. While the booking front end wasn't totally responsive, and I was a little hesitant to pay a deposit, the rest of the service was excellent.

The guys showed up on time. They didn't leave until the job was finished. Great value for money. I'd definitely recommend and use these guys again.

Two cleaners arrived at 8.15 and worked tirelessly until 12.45 . The end result was an end of tenancy deposit returned without question, highly recommended.
