Overall clean was good, however there was an issue where the rug was damaged by the cleaners. The company agreed to reimburses some of the cost to replace the rug but when it came down to it they started ignoring multiple emails and after calling them they blocked my number. I paid via credit card so was able to dispute the charge and got my money back. Would NOT recommend as this turned into a nightmare and they owner has no regard for professionalism and has not heard the word customer service. If you do however need some extra drama in your life go for it - just pay with a credit card so you can get your money back at the end of it all!

I have used this co. about 5 times. This time I got a very bad attitude from someone on the phone at Head Office, which was uncalled for and unprofessional. The problem arose due to the poor breakdown of charges provided on the email confirmation of the online booking system. Cleaning was good tho.

Very disappointing and expensive experience. The young people who cleaned my house needed very close supervision to do the work, but unfortunately i couldn't stay for the whole cleaning. They spent twice as long as they originally estimated and they charged more than it was agreed. I paid cash for the balance and didn't get the correct receipt. Most importantly, the cleaning was left half-way through and the house needed re-cleaning afterwards. Also, I emailed these issues and attached photos but they never replied.

I had an end of tenancy clean the day before the inventory clerk came to check the flat, and found cleaning was not up to standard. I highlighted the issue in an email and was told I would be offered a refund and was asked to provide my bank details. After many attempts to contact the company I received no reply, so left reviews of my experience. I then called as I received a response on one of my reviews from the company rather than through email and was told I would not be receiving the refund, which did not honour the agreement. I continued to request the refund, again with no reply. I then decided to go through PayPal and raise a dispute where I was required to provide evidence. PayPal ruled in my favour and I was able to get my refund. I have since changed my reviews to reflect the update, but would not recommend this company due to professionalism issues.

Waste of money. Use another cleaning company. We had four people clean our small two bedroom flat and it was not left to an acceptable standard. Do not use this company if you want a proper clean. Carpet clean not completed even though I double checked prior to the clean that this would be done. Have lost our deposit as a result of this awful service. Pay more for a better company, this one is awful.

I hired PNP Cleaning service/Twinkle Clean to clean my flat. While there the cleaners stole a bag of change. When I emailed the company about this they didn’t even reply. Do not use PNP Cleaning service/Twinkle Clean, they are not trustworthy.

Horrible experience. The cleaners came to a newly painted home. Requested to take shoes out, hoofing about it she did. Looked at bathroom and kitchen (I don’t clean dirty dishes and if you want bathroom shelves cleaned you need to remove the bottles, meanwhile colleague smoking at the door was making the whole house smelly). Had the worst attitude. When asked to treat me nicely, she stormed out and left. She didn’t do any cleaning. Never again with this company. Lost my deposit and I’m left without a cleaner before Christmas.

Quite an expensive cleaning services for such a poor results. Requested an end of tenancy cleaning to a 1 bed apartment. The bedroom didn’t have to be cleaned so expected the rest of the flat to be done throughly. Kitchen surfaces not done properly, fridge left dirty, not all lime scale removed from bathroom, windows done poorly and carpet, if I had rented the machine myself probably I would’ve done a better job. I had to do most of the clank g after they left. I am still waiting to have feedback on the so call guarantee a week later after service. I would not recommend this company.

They sent a couple of cleaners to perform an end of tenancy clean that was to an OK standard - although I don't think they spent a full 3 hours cleaning as when I returned both cleaners were not there and the flat stunk of cigarette smoke so there had clearly been frequent breaks...

Our building management said the clean wasn't up to standard and they wouldn't categorise it as professional so we asked them to come back as per their guarantee. They sent one man back and he didn't finish the job and had an argument with building management.

I followed up with the head office and this is where it got really bad...I was very calm and reasonable but they seemed to panic and to try and cover this own backs started lying about why the clean wasn't finished. They said that the flat was very dark and not well lit enough to perform a thorough clean (there are floor to ceiling windows and spotlights) and that it was in a "disgusting" state when they arrived and took 9 hours to clean (the flat was completely bare, we have a regular cleaner and they were there for less than 3 hours).

When I sent them the end of tenancy report (from an independent company) that said the clean was domestic and not professional they said they would "investigate" but then made up something else about someone having been in the flat inbetween...

Far from professional behaviour so I'd recommend avoiding.

I booked an 'end of tenancy cleaning' and was advised that 2 people will come, just one came and the agency told me that the second one was on the way, so it was a lie. The cleaner didn't speak english which is perfect for them because anything you tell them, they will ignore it. The attitude of the cleaner was not professional at all, moaning all the time, didn't know how to clean, only cleaned what you could see, the cleaning products were very poor... The oven wasn't cleaned properly as I passed a white paper over and was coming black and greasy, so I asked her kindly to give it another go but she didn't want, her attitude was aggressive and didn't want to speak or listen to me so I had to call the agency who convinced her to do it again (as they promised you that they won't leave until customer's satisfaction), so the cleaner tried again but still dirty, and my oven is new and wasn't very dirty, so you can imagine! I asked again kindly to repeat everything that wasn't properly cleaned but her attitude was still aggressive and the agency didn't take my calls, so I decided to pay her and let her go. Obviously, I had to clean all to finish the job. Very disappointed with this agency and the service, I will never book again here.

Very impressed with service provided. Booked end of tenancy cleaning for my 1 bed flat for fair price of £130. My landlord said is been delivered professional standard and I’ve got my deposit back. I had concern before to book based on social media reviews. Well done to the new management!
